In the latest WAB Query Widget (Product version: Online 7.1 / Kernel version: 2.12) under: Edit > {Your Query} > Filters > Spatial Filters > Only return features that have a spatial relationship with features in another layer > Choose spatial relationship rules I have only a single rule specified: "within" When the end users execute this query, they are prompted with a full drop down menu with that single option. It would be great if these single options would become hard-coded, or the creator is given an option to hide it all together.

The documentation has a helpful guide for setting this parameter. It might not "kick them off," but when they try to use the system it may re-prompt to sign-in. With Active Directory integration, you might not get this prompt, as the system might reach out behind the scenes to generate a new token.

On one of our machines, we accidentally enabled the Spatiotemporal datastore on a machine meant only for a Relational datastore. To remove it, I first went into ArcGIS Server Manager and simply deleted the Spatiotemporal store from the list, hoping this would trigger the Datastore to decomission it. It effectively did, but now I have an error message saying the following: Failed to refresh local spatiotemporal big data store configuration settings from configuration store. I went into the command line tools of ArcGIS Datastore and attempted to remove it manually with removemachine.bat, but I got the following error message: Error encountered: This operation is not supported when ArcGIS Data Store Admin client has not established an Admin URL and credentials. Thoughts on how to get rid of the store for good?

PostgreSQL listed numerous times is normal behavior, assuming that Portal is the one spinning up those instances. It likes to keep individual task separate, then terminate the instance once it is finished.

We were able to resolve this issue. It was caused by (what we believe) was a framework-level conflict with a security monitoring agent--in our case an outdated version of Carbon Black Sensor. Updating the sensor software resolved the issue. Removing it entirely worked too, obviously. I would recommend strategically removing (simply disabling didn't do the trick) security agents in a test environment to see what makes it tick. I suspect that Carbon Black was also using some form of Postgres as its internal database, causing a conflict.

It would be helpful for admins to be able to hide or disable default roles in ArcGIS Online. Use case: Our organization uses almost entirely custom roles, mainly to restrict public sharing. Ideally when selecting a users role from a drop down or filtering, it would be nice to not have to shuffle through all of the unused default roles.

The best way would be for a behind the scenes script. Front end admin sees: `Are you sure you want to change the username?`. If they click yes, the following happens: If user name is changed: Create new user account in the organization Change ownership of all existing items Migrate group ownership and membership Migrate privileges and licenses Delete old user account

Is there a way to run the Portal Health Check in the ArcGIS Python API? The REST API has that option, but we can't find it in the python docs. Reason: we are trying to pass along a portal status to our metrics dashboard.

All good. For now we're just downloading the patches manually into a folder and pushing them to the servers with Chef. Updating the utility would be great! I've added it as an idea: https://community.esri.com/ideas/16499-use-port-443-for-check-for-arcgis-enterprise-updates-utility

Currently the "Check for ArcGIS Enterprise Updates" utility in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 uses port 80 to check for updates and patches. For security reasons, it would be great if this tool used :443 as well.

Is it possible to use a proxy on port 443? Or does the Esri download endpoint only respond to port 80? If the latter is the case, we'll just do offline downloads and installations because of security.

What port is being used for the "Check for ArcGIS Enterprise Updates" utility? We opened 443 in our firewall on a usually disconnected server, and can hit www.arcgis.com:443 in Internet Explorer. But the tool returns an error: Your computer appears to be offline. Check your Internet connection and try again. Network connection error.

Jonathan Quinn, was a formal bug ever assigned to this issue? We were hoping for a resolution at release 3.1.
