In ArcMap, all the parameters can be viewed. It doesn't necessarily mean that the tool honors that particular environment setting. Could you give it a try to check if Spatial Join tool actually maintains attachment? But in ArcGIS Pro, only the relevant settings that would be honored by a particular tool will be visible in the Environment Setting. e.g. "Maintain Attachments" is honored by the following tools. - Append - Copy - Copy Features - Copy Rows - Feature Class To Feature Class - Table To Table - Merge - Project

Then, ArcGIS Server (ArcGIS Enterprise), can be accessed from My Esri, using login linked to your organization (with permission to download setup). Just add a new field "STATUS", with values 'Completed' and 'Not Completed. This field could be used in Filters, Statistics or Symbology in a Dashboard, as required.

Could you ensure if all the layers and Map are in same coordinate system, and the features are stored as Geodatabase Feature Classes? Assuming you have followed the above point and the issue still persists, could you add the data in a new map? Remove the line layer from ArcGIS Pro. Save the project and close ArcGIS Pro. Open the Project, and add the line feature class again.

Topo to Raster would definitely be the go-to tool. You could simultaneously add both contours and point elevations as inputs. Please check if your system meets the system requirment. Ensure the graphic card of your system is updated. Also delete the content inside C:\Users\<UserID>\Documents\ESRI\ArcGISEarth , as suggested in ArcGIS Earth crashing Check if the antivirus is causing the issue.

One can download and install appropriate version of ArcHydro from yellow.esri.com - /archydro/archydro/Setup/Pro/ (already done). "Arc Hydro Tools Pro" toolbox would be available under the list of toolboxes (Geoprocessing tools). Please refer Arc Hydro: ArcGIS Pro Project Startup Best Practices Video: Arc Hydro in ArcGIS Pro - Youtube I believe Spatial Analyst extension is a prerequisite.

Please get in touch with the Esri Support. They could work closely with you to resolve the issue. Also check Clean Uninstall of ArcMap if you misssed any folder or registry file. Don't forget to reboot your system after a complete uninstall.
