Hi Richard, Open a blank map. Go to Data Frame Properties > Coordinate System > New projected coordinate system/Import. Define the LCC projection system as mentioned by you. Hi Lara, The default output resolution, when a feature class is used as input, is the width or height (whichever is lesser) of the extent of the feature class divided by 250.
