The only way I can think of, is to create a new TEXT field to the hosted feature layer. Using Calculate Field, select appropriate values from integer field, and define the values '1', '2' and '3+' respectively. In ArcGIS Dashboard, use this TEXT field for Category Selector.

This issue could be specific to Esri users in India. Our organization received a ArcGIS for Personal Use redeem code that was supposed to be redeemed by Jan 11, 2022 (for participating in GIS Day 2021). I have also shared the code with a few students and our internal team members as a reward. Today, when I tried purchasing an ArcGIS Personal Use license, I was redirected to Esri India Store. Not a problem. But when I am redeeming my code, it shows as invalid code. Is there a way, I can redeem the GIS Day 2021 codes that was shared by Esri?

My experience. Your content will be available for about 30 days after the expiry of your subscription, but you can't edit the content or change its sharing properties. If the content is previously shared to the public, it would still be available.

When managing the add-on licenses in ArcGIS Online for the (only) member, please unassign (deactivate) ArcGIS Pro license, if there is an option to do it. What is the user type of your member? It should be "GIS Professional Advanced". In case you see "Creator" as your user type, please contact Esri Support

Did you upgrade Portal yet (using the latest ArcGIS Enterprise Builder)? While upgrading Portal, you should be redirected to a URL where you need to browse to your JSON file location, and authorize. Not sure if that manual uninstallation process has created an issue.

Did you have purchase an ArcGIS for Personal Use license? Then, you could visit My Esri using the same ArcGIS login credential that you used for purchasing the subscription. For Software Download: Navigate to My Organizations > Downloads > All Versions (Under Products). Click "View Downloads" for appropriate version of City Engine. Download and install the appropriate edition of City Engine. For Licensing ArcGIS City Engine: In My Esri, Navigate to My Organizations > Licensing > ArcGIS CityEngine (Details). Note down the 12 character Authorization Number (ESUxxxxxxxxx). This is a CityEngine Single Use license. Use the steps mentioned in Authorizing your software—ArcGIS CityEngine Resources | Documentation to authorize your ArcGIS CityEngine software.
