You could try shorter referrers, like https://example.com . You could try different browsers. If that doesn't work I would suggest contact Esri Support.

Hi Ryan, I replied on your other post about the licensing -- https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-questions/do-we-need-quot-developer-quot-licensing-to-create-javascript/m-p/1062690/highlight/true#M30333

If you have an ArcGIS Online Organization or ArcGIS Enterprise, no additional purchase is required to use the ArcGIS API for JavaScript. As per https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/licensing/

@RYANCARL- Bookmarks are typically stored within the webmap, so not for each user - unless they make a copy of the webmap. For a custom app, you could create/store bookmarks in whichever way you want (and then use to populate the Bookmarks widget), but that would be your own custom code.

@David_W- Does it work if you remove the * from the end of the referrer? Most browsers no longer send the full referrer URL, only the domain. To further debug, when using the app, look at the network tab, and see what the sent request header "referer" is set to.

I think the problem is that Mekong service is not set up properly. The GetCapabilities is not giving a full URL in the resources' xlink:href . https://data.opendevelopmentmekong.net/geoserver/ODMekong/lao_admbnda_adm1_ngd_20191112/wms?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities has e.g. <OnlineResource xlink:type="simple" xlink:href="/geoserver/ODMekong/lao_admbnda_adm1_ngd_20191112/ows?SERVICE=WMS&"/> while for the ahocevar service you will see full URLs as in: <OnlineResource xlink:type="simple" xlink:href="https://ahocevar.com/geoserver/ows?SERVICE=WMS&"/> The best option would be to get the service fixed.

@JoelBennett , the new ETA for the downloads is next Thursday - May 6. I'm curious when/how people use the downloads. Are you waiting for the API or the SDK? Are you waiting for 3x or 4x? For 4x API especially, are you aware of all the other options for using the API?

Hi @EdFarrell2 - while the esri/telemetry package is used in some Esri web applications, it's not for public usage - which is why you can't find much public info about it. You would need another solution. There isn't anything OOTB as far as I know. You could use Google Analytics (or whatever you prefer) to log client-side in your application. But you would have to wire it up yourself.

Hi @SebastienPelletier This is a Chrome Experimental feature which is something they can turn on/off independently of the Chrome version you have. It allows them to release an experimental feature to x % of users. I'm guessing that your taskkill/del combo might reset this so if you do it a few times the bug would probably re-occur.
