Hi, My question is similar but more to do with the api and why things are. When using the Search Widget, with the option to display the popup automatically when the feature is selected from the results, there isn't a 'View Related Records' hyperlink in the popup. However, when I click on the feature in the map the original popup is returned with the hyperlink. The popup for a layer in a web map is saved in the web map, so why would the Search Widget return a version of the popup that is different than the original? Thanks,

Hello, I am converting some UTM rasters in meters to State Plane in feet and have a situation where the cell sizes in the referenced mosaic dataset are 0.00200207932916667. This is very confusing to me and Calculating the Item Visibility does not change this. I am thinking of overriding this setting with what I know the cell size should be, but it seems like something is wrong with the mosaic dataset. The first MD is in the native projection of the rasters, I add all the rasters, build my footprint, calc stats, import a boundary, and build overviews. The cell size is 10m. When I create a referenced dataset and set the projection as State Plane, the cell size drops to the 0.002002 value. I am doing an arithmetic function to adjust the cell values from meters to feet, then calc stats and everything looks good except for the cell size. This is important because I need to export the mosaic as a single raster. Has anyone experienced this before in ArcPro?

Rob, Just to be sure I ran it again and received this error. Question: Is it an absolute requirement to have WebAppBuilder run inside the directory that it is extracted into? How do you manage your git repo if this is the case since the repo has to be created in an empty directory?

Hello, After upgrading to the newest version of WAV Dev Edition 2.4, I'd like to not have to recreate my apps. Is there a documented workflow or does esri not support this?

In several cases when I am navigating the file directory in Pro, either through the Project pane or when creating a new project for example, the file paths are not refreshed when changes are made in File Explorer. What is the design limitation that causes this in Pro? I have to close out of the program just to refresh the file paths. Are these annoying things going to be ironed out or is this a design implementation of Pro?

So as a follow-up to this, I am able to use the export_map() method in the esri python api to generate the map print by adding the token to the operational layers that needed it and no more.

As a resolution to this thread, I performed a Repair Geometry on the layer in ArcPro. This image shows that there was an issue with the ordering of polygon rings. The label now appears correctly.

These are some screenshots showing the issue in ArcPro. Thank you for taking interest. In all likelihood the issue is caused by the CAD data from which this GIS data was created. Possibly because the vertices are out of order. Just a guess though.

Hi, The label for a polygon I just created in only appearing inside a hole in that polygon. The label is set to avoid holes in polygon, and the label is set to only draw inside polygon. Is there a setting that I am missing? Surely it's not a bug?

Does Esri allow printing from ArcPro or ArcMap on a web server? I need to print maps without server and using AppLogin. Going to ArcServer is overkill in cost and scope of the project. Does anyone have any ideas on how to print in this type of situation?

In the ArcPro Python window I have installed the Django package and migrated my other app packages to the ArcPro conda environment. Now my print script is accessing the arcpy mp module directly rather than through a Popen(). The script runs fine on a local server, but when it is run through IIS nothing is output. I am thinking that it is a permission issue after seeing an .exe file named AppEsriPrintLocal.exe in the ArcPro bin folder. Does anyone on the ArcPro team have any thoughts on whether I can use ArcPro to print layouts from a gdb on the web server?

I'm developing a solution to execute my layout export script through a Popen() specifying the ArcPro propy.bat and the script name. The export script works in debug mode, the export script works when requested through a view on a local server. However, when called through a view access through IIS as a wfastcgi application, the script fails silently at the ExportToPDF line. I am unable to find any errors from the OS, python, or arcpy as to why the export fails, but the Popen exits, the child process terminates, and nothing is written to the output or error PIPES. My first thought is folder permissions, but after opening up everything I can think of I am still stuck. Any ideas as to why the export script would run, then fail silently at the exportToPDF step only when run through an IIS wfastcgi application under an application pool identity identical to my machine admin account? My tactic is to isolate the differences between the dev and the prod environments. To this end I have moved to a 64 bit python install. That did not solve the issue. If the ExportToPDF line is not completing the export, how can I debug the arcobject method on the Layout object to see what it is returning? When I step into the Export Method it returns the result of the ArcObject method but it does not step into the actual ArcObject method. Any ideas, or will this just not work?
