Thanks Greetz, I thought that at first as well and cleared all the caches I could find. It turns out that ESRI Open Data has a couple bugs: BUG-000082778 : Open Data sometimes indexes or displays duplicate datasets in the Data Report tab. (Assigned) NIM101952 : Open Data site is not updating properly when data is added or deleted from an associated Group or My Content. (Assigned) So at this point, there is no way to fix the issues! We have just started configuring this and have it set up as private at this point (good thing!) I don't think this product is really ready for "prime time" just yet. Not until I'm able to clean up the mess that I make!

How do I remove the orphaned index to content that is no longer there? Just to clarify, I need to delete the Open Data Index which still remains. The content was removed from the user, but the index still remains and looks like the content is still available: When you try to download the dataset you get this error: I've tried running the "Update Index" button, but nothing happens?

Is there a way to make the alpha characters in the filter widget to allow either upper or lower cases? I'm finding that it's case sensitive and need it NOT to be.

Bert, They are separate accounts but both share the same email address. The user names and passwords are different for each account. I think Firefox got confused due to the shared email address? Thanks!

Well it turns out that Firefox 33.0.2 is the culprit! I did what you suggested but Firefox still gave me the same error. Then I tried it in IE and it works. Typical "browser" compatibility issue! Thanx!

Rebecca, I use the Firefox browser. I opened the first tab and logged into our Organizations AGOL account. I opened a second tab and tried to log into http://geonet.esri.com/ and I still get an error. I don't get the "Sign in using a different account" option like you? Just so folks know, this is not a real big issue as I just open up IE or Chrome browser and open http://geonet.esri.com in it and carry on. . . LOL. It's more of a frustration and curious as to why question.
