Argh! I use Python scripts to run my routine and adhoc SDE data updates that I get from our users. I made the mistake of upgrading to ArcGIS Desktop 10.3 before testing out my scripts. (Not to worry, I still have 10.2.1 on a virtual desktop!) When I went to run a script to perform routine SDE updates with the 10.3 version, the script crashed at my "change privileges" section I found that I could modify the script and assign privileges "individually" instead of the existing "batch" mode. Wait . . . I have a poop-load of SDE Python data maintenance scripts! Now I have to go in and modify ALL my scripts! (see above profile picture) After reporting this to ESRI support, it was reproduced on their end and a bug fix will be forthcoming. (I don't have the bug # or est. date of fix yet.) In the mean time instead of modifying ALL my scripts, I will use my virtual machine to perform the updates . . . under protest! I don't know how many others out there use the Python script code - "Change Privileges", so I thought I'd pass this information along . . . Broken code: arcpy.ChangePrivileges_management(GISADM_B_D, "SDESEL, GISAPP, WSDSEL", "GRANT", "") Replaced w: arcpy.ChangePrivileges_management(GISADM_B_D, "SDESEL", "GRANT", "") arcpy.ChangePrivileges_management(GISADM_B_D, "GISAPP", "GRANT", "") arcpy.ChangePrivileges_management(GISADM_B_D, "WSDSEL", "GRANT", "")

Ah ha! I copied the "private" site to create my development site. What I failed to do is update the "links" to now reflect the new " http://dev.data.phoenix.opendata.arcgis.com/...." as opposed to the original "http://data.phoenix.opendata.arcgis.com/..." links! DUH!!! Thanks Andrew! Some times you just need to step back and have someone help you step by step . . . LOL! I've also used one of our external (not on the City's network) tablets to make sure our map services are getting through to the public and they seem to be. So why do I get redirected to ArcGIS Open Data every time I click on a link to my map services?

I can get the main page (yes the link you indicated above) but I can't get any of the links to work. They are what take me back to the ESRI Open Data web site. The Library Computer data link (where the data has been removed) is: http://opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/a46a7236105049308ce7d28a67aad9a3_0/FeatureServer/0

This is beyond frustrating. I show the potential site to upper management and they are impressed . . . I'm not. I've removed data from the list that continues to show up with errors: I changed the site from private to public: Yet when I click on ANY link to the dataset name from any browser from any device it takes me to: What did I forget this time?

As it turns out, WAB has an issue when the queried results are > 1k records! If it was resolved in the 1.x release version, they broke it again . ESRI support has determined that the "projection on the fly", when used in WAB builder, is the problem where my queried records end up in Africa. ESRI is going to provide me with a BUG number to reflect this problem.

From Frank Potempa on the Collector forum: Android ArcGIS Collector App Cannot Authenticate with Windows Active Directory I wanted to add the final information/ clarification to this discussion I received from the ESRI tech; "While I am not in development and I am just relaying this information, this is what I can tell you. The bug logged is with the Collector for ArcGIS API. Development has stated that they will be fixing the issue in the Collector API for the next time they integrate the API into the Collector application. The new, 10.3 version of the Collector app will not have the new API integrated so it will not be fixed in that release. This indicates that for the time being, to use the work around provided. " reply to this message by replying to this email, or go to the message on GeoNet Might be part of the issue?

Here is what I get when I try to look at your map: I've seen this when feature or map services are not allowed through the networks firewall.
