Hi @GordonSumerling @BrentPierce @Gisbert61 The saga continues. I got a new Ipad Air 5th generation but it won't connect to the drone. After a google search I found loads of threads that the Phantom 4 Pro doesn't work with the c-type connection on the newer ipads. So I'm now left that the older ipads with the lightening cable are too old for Side Scan software and the new ipads with the c-type connection don't work with DJI Go 4. Nightmare!

Hi @Gisbert61 The remote controller version is 01.04.01.00. We have an sdk controller, the ipad doesn't have a SIM, it's wifi only. The DJI software is 4.3.29. Thanks Rachel

Hi @GordonSumerling I tried a different cable, but same thing and we're on the latest firmware version for Phantom 4 Pro of 1.05.0600. If I try to go through the Flight Plan this is the last message, even though the drone is connected. Thanks Rachel

Hi @GordonSumerling Thanks for that. I've checked the firmware and it's up to date and I have all the apps closed before opening the app. Can I check there is definitely no licence needed with Site Scan Flight LE? We're just looking to get a flight then test Drone2Map. Thanks Rachel

Hi all, I'm trying to get started with Side Scan flight LE, but cannot get it to connect to the drone. I'm using an ipad mini 4, 15.8 OS and the drone is DJI Phantom 4 Pro. I've wifi, drone and controller on, an apple cable but it just keeps saying 'Disconnected'. The DJI software connects to the drone no problem which makes me think it's a problem with the Side Scan Software. I've attached the screenshots. In the Global Settings the Aircraft and Camera Settings are greyed out as it's not connected. If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful!

Hi @JamesTedrick Could you confirm then, it's not possible to use webhooks with Survey123 submissions to Enterprise? Since you can't have Track Changes turned on if Sync is on, which is a requirement for webhooks.

Hi @IsmaelChivite, @JamesTedrick Can I check will supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIDs still remain true after 'Enable Sync' is disabled? I need Sync to be turned off (so I can turn on Track changes for webhooks) but when it's turned off and try to submit a Survey123 form to Enterprise I'm getting the error with supportsApplyEditsWithGlobalIDs. Just incase anyone comes across this. @IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick Is seems 'Enable Sync' does need to be turned on in Enterprise to allow Survey123 submissions. Which means 'Track Changes' cannot also be turned on so webhooks can't be used. Seems utterly pointless, when this isn't the case in AGOL.

Thanks for getting back to me. That really is a pity. Is there any other way around this in the meantime? I don't need Sync as we're not offline. Can Survey123 be used for submissions without Sync turned on? I get the error below when it's off. I'm trying to send an email when a new feature is created in feature services of Enterprise.

Funny thing is, I don't need sync, I'm not working offline or distributed collaboration, but if I turn it off I get this error. I think Survey123 won't work with Enterprise unless sync is enabled, regardless if it's needed. I need to know when there is an update on the feature service (when a user adds a new survey through Survey123) so that I can trigger an email to get sent to notify everyone.

Hi @bogdanpalade2 , @KevinHibma I'm also trying to create webhooks in Enterprise11.1. I was wondering if your data is being submitted through Survey123? It seems Sync must be enabled for this but then 'TrackChanges' can't be on, so defeats the whole purpose if Sync is disabled users can't submit data and there are no changes to be tracked!

Hi @ChristopherCounsell , Thanks for the reply, unfortunately my issue is slightly different. I've no problem ticking on the Change Tracking and it's visible in the capabilities. However with 'Enable Sync' needing to be turned off to allow change tracking, users can't make any submissions through Survey123! Which defeats the purpose of Tracking Changes when there is nothing to track if they can't add data. If 'Enable Sync' must be turned on for Survey123 to work, surely this is a bug that you can't track the changes?
