Hi, I've published a scene layer from Drone2Map to Portal creating a hosted scene layer. However when I click on it to 'Open in Scene Viewer' I get the error message 'Layer cannot be added, Service not found'. Anyone any ideas how I can get it to open? Thanks

Hi all, I'm wondering if this is possible in Survey123. We have a survey that has about 30 say vehicles in a drop down list. The user selects a vehicle fills in some info on it then submits the survey. Is it possible for that vehicle to drop of the list once it's been submitted, so when the user goes back into the survey the list is getting smaller and smaller? To further complicate things I could have multiple users and ideally they wouldn't see the vehicles that have dropped off the list. I don't know how that could work when everyone downloads the survey to their own device. The survey would then need to reset at say midnight with all the vehicles back on the list for the next day. Any ideas, much appreciated. Rachel

@IsmaelChivite @JamesTedrick The Start and End date and time is exactly what I need, but please explain where I find it. I've downloaded the Date and Time form and submitted a survey but I can't see any fields with the date and time of when I opened the survey and when I submitted the survey. I can't see it in the xls either! There's a lunchstarts and lunchends but that can't be it as the user inputs to those fields. I take it the Start and End fields are hidden so the end user doesn't see them but I can't see them anywhere.

Hi @GordonSumerling @BrentPierce @Gisbert61 The saga continues. I got a new Ipad Air 5th generation but it won't connect to the drone. After a google search I found loads of threads that the Phantom 4 Pro doesn't work with the c-type connection on the newer ipads. So I'm now left that the older ipads with the lightening cable are too old for Side Scan software and the new ipads with the c-type connection don't work with DJI Go 4. Nightmare!

Hi @Gisbert61 I see that, it's a relief to finally find out the problem. It was a frustrating 4 days, I'm sure much more frustrating for yourself. I agree it doesn't mention this in any ESRI pages, and I've looked through many at this stage! Thanks for the tip on getting one with a SIM. Rachel

Hi @BrentPierce Thanks for this, it's great to have a concrete answer, I can now move on and look into getting an upgraded ipad. I have to agree with Bert, it's doesn't say this anywhere I could find, it would have saved me 4 days of troubleshooting. But appreciate the response. Rachel

Hi @Gisbert61 The remote controller version is 01.04.01.00. We have an sdk controller, the ipad doesn't have a SIM, it's wifi only. The DJI software is 4.3.29. Thanks Rachel

Hi @GordonSumerling I tried a different cable, but same thing and we're on the latest firmware version for Phantom 4 Pro of 1.05.0600. If I try to go through the Flight Plan this is the last message, even though the drone is connected. Thanks Rachel

Hi @GordonSumerling Thanks for that. I've checked the firmware and it's up to date and I have all the apps closed before opening the app. Can I check there is definitely no licence needed with Site Scan Flight LE? We're just looking to get a flight then test Drone2Map. Thanks Rachel

Hi all, I'm trying to get started with Side Scan flight LE, but cannot get it to connect to the drone. I'm using an ipad mini 4, 15.8 OS and the drone is DJI Phantom 4 Pro. I've wifi, drone and controller on, an apple cable but it just keeps saying 'Disconnected'. The DJI software connects to the drone no problem which makes me think it's a problem with the Side Scan Software. I've attached the screenshots. In the Global Settings the Aircraft and Camera Settings are greyed out as it's not connected. If anyone has any ideas I'd be very grateful!
