OK - I did that and re-published. Weirdly when I uninstalled the version I was using, the new version was also already installed. Looking at the special characters - I've used these on multiple occasions in multiple surveys, never noticed an issue. Not sure what the story is there. I created a new survey and had the same result, said it wouldn't send but it was added to the table.

I have just set up a survey that populates the top layer of my feature service and another related layer as a repeat. The form published correctly. I can complete the survey in the field app and when sending it fails, with the message: Send Error: Surveys not sent: 1 In the diagnostics log I see: } <10>1 2020-09-29T01:36:46Z Matthews-iPhone ArcGISSurvey123 2966 - [AppStudio@11205 category="PortalRequest" function="onFailed" filename="PortalRequest.qml" line="104"] PortalRequest: PortalRequest failed url: https://services9.arcgis.com/wDoFl3ygA943YPvG/arcgis/rest/services/Production_database/FeatureServer/applyEdits error: { "code": 400, "details": [ "Unable to apply edits." ], "message": "" } <15>1 2020-09-29T01:36:46Z Matthews-iPhone ArcGISSurvey123 2966 - [AppStudio@11205 category="XFormFeatureService" function="onFailed" filename="XFormFeatureService.qml" line="771"] XFormFeatureService: applyEdits error: { "error": { "code": 400, "details": [ "Unable to apply edits." ], "message": "" } } <15>1 2020-09-29T01:36:46Z Matthews-iPhone ArcGISSurvey123 2966 - [AppStudio@11205 category="qml" function="onFailed" filename="SurveyFolderPageOutbox.qml" line="378"] qml: Feature service error: { "code": 400, "details": [ "Unable to apply edits." ], "message": "" } In the feature layer the data is added to the tables correctly. I'm not sure what the issue is or how to fix. Anyone have any ideas?

HI Frank Martin The source for your array aggregator should be the iterator, this will mean you have one array output.

Hi Ismael Chivite I've tried to do as you suggest: "Technically, if you were able to build a 1 to many relationship (using globalid fields) between your address table and your records, then you could build a survey on top of the address layer and get an XLSForm that would create the repeat for you. You would not necessarily use this new survey to capture new data: you would use it just for the reports." My data is currently in the structure Asset > Bay > Survey. I would like to access data from the Bay layer to include in feature reports in the Survey layer. I created a survey in Survey123 Connect based on the feature service, then published - I have no data in Survey123 online (my guess is this will only populate via Survey123 field app) so how can I create a feature report on data that isn't there?

Hi Ismael Chivite I'm trying to develop a few summary reports for a layer linked to a survey. I'm having trouble getting different statistics to work. Here's my report so far with highlighted notes: $<$summary>Maintenance ITP Date Range: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"1=1"|stats:"min,inspection_datetime"|format:"DD/MM/YYYY"} - ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"1=1"|stats:"max,inspection_datetime"|format:"DD/MM/YYYY"} THIS SECTION WORKS Record count: ${Maintenance_ITP|stats:"count,objectid"} THIS SECTION WORKS FlumeGate Maintenance Count: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"inspection_type='FlumeGate Maintenance'"|stats:"count, objectid,FGCount"} THIS SECTION RETURNS [object OBJECT] SlipMeter Maintenance Count: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"inspection_type='SlipMeter Maintenance'"|stats:"count, objectid,SMCount"} THIS SECTION RETURNS [object OBJECT] Weather Station Inspection Count: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"inspection_type='Weather Station Maintenance'"|stats:"count, objectid,WSCount"} THIS SECTION RETURNS [object OBJECT] GMW SlipMeter Rework Count: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"inspection_type='SlipMeter Rework'"|stats:"count, objectid,SRCount"} THIS SECTION RETURNS [object OBJECT] GMW Sensor Upgrade Count: ${Maintenance_ITP|where:"inspection_type='Sensor Upgrade'"|stats:"count, objectid,SUCount"} THIS SECTION RETURNS [object OBJECT] $</> I'm trying to resolve the statements that aren't returning a count, but I'm not sure where the issue is. The inspection_type field is correct and the table/layer is Maintenance_ITP. I want to save a count variatble to reference later on in the summary report. Whilst going through your blog I can see two different referenced layers - H_inspection and Redlands_Hydrants. I do not understand why there are two different layers - could you please explain? I also tried to follow along with the Hydrant Inspection sample in Survey123 Connect - but under "Community" I cannot find this survey. Where can I get this please?

Hi @Edmund_Hall Yes, with this particular issue it turns out that I had multiple image references on a single line. I agree that the parser should detect this issue really and it should have been documented and easy to find. Other issues I've had are the "" and “” together in the same template causes the same error. Perhaps try this?

Hi Pat I haven’t used this new feature yet but I’d imagine the image that there are multiples of would be an array that you would need to iterate first and then http get with the iterated URL Get Outlook for iOS<https://aka.ms/o0ukef>

A couple of our organisation’s users have had the same issue after upgrading the field app to version 3.10 - which is that now when they open 1 particular survey it immediately shuts the app down. The survey is large and their devices are fairly old (iPad circa 2014) but prior to version 3.10 there was no issue. In both cases we have gone as far as to factory reset the iPad with no luck. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a way to revert back to the previous version? It’s a problem for us since we have already invested a lot in terms of time and licenses to develop our ArcGIS presence, including moving tasks over from different legacy systems. Any help appreciated

Hi Xander Bakker - No, this is always the case. The problem is only that I want the script to be executed on the Product Commission ITP layer as this is the task that is related to the vehicle visit. I may even introduce the script result as a new field in the Product Commission ITP table at some stage if I can prove its accuracy as a measure of time spent on site completing the task. In the short term I wish to be able to display the executed script result in the Product Commission ITP data table and the popup.

Sorry Xander Bakker - I should say that an asset has a 1:M relationship to bays and a bay has a 1:M relationship to product commission ITP but this can be zero (commission not yet completed). Asset RG-2-622 has multiple bays and these do have ITPs although I'm not sure if the dates will line up as these records were uploaded rather than created on site. Not sure if this affects your test.

Xander Bakker An Asset (production database feature) has 1 or more Bays and a Bay has 1 or more Product Commission ITPs, so you have to get to the ITP via the Bay record. I've shared the app to the group, not sure why you can't see it. Here's the URL ArcGIS Web Application

Hi Xander Bakker The expression I wrote is in the Product Commission ITP layer - I am testing through a web mapping application I've just added to the group. In other maps I have using the same database I have many many scripts that successfully execute although none of these access related tables. The popups are accessed through the relate table links. In this application the expression is supposed to appear under the asset name..
