Thank you for your answer @RobertKrisher  Taking a closer look, my question is more related to the Coded Values associated with the domain. In the Utility Network the Domains associated with AssetTypes are  named  like that "Asset_Type_Sewer_Device_Low_[Pressure_Main]", so in my case we would like to change some values of the Domain description.
