Hi Sagar, It looks like you have your thread marked as "Assumed Answered". Is your issue resolved? If so, please provide a description on what you did. If not, it would be helpful to uncheck it as "answered" and maybe move this thread to the ArcGIS Enterprise space for more visibility.

Philip, I remember having a similar issue but, since it was so long ago, I don't remember too much about it. Katherine, This sounds like a perfect opportunity to use a coded domain in your values. You can easily create this as a new field in AGOL: Define attribute lists and ranges—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS Or, you can create it at the desktop level as well: Domains view—Geodatabases | ArcGIS Desktop

I feel like I'm really in the dark here. I read through this guide and associated links Quick-start guide—ArcGIS Enterprise on AWS | ArcGIS Enterprise but, there are still many questions I have without obvious answers. I am just wondering if I just need to call Esri Support (tomorrow, since today is a US holiday) and see if they have helpful hints. In any case, when trying to launch Enterprise, do I need to launch from a website or through EC2? The documentation lists neither: I read this awesome blog post: https://community.esri.com/community/education/blog/2017/08/11/launch-arcgis-enterprise-in-aws-items-to-keep-in-mind but, still have questions on VPC settings. Can I just use whatever VPC was defaulted for me? Or is there a step-by-step process on " A new security group was created in a VPC with all required ArcGIS ports (see ports used by ArcGIS Server, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Data Store) " as mentioned in the above blog? And, at the end of the setup, is there documentation on security group settings and key pair settings in order to make my Launch button active? Basically, what do I do?

Rosalyne, It might be a good idea to start a new thread since this is an old one. It would also be helpful to write out your error message, or display a screenshot of it. (plus listing step-by-step processes of what you did helps too)

I know this is an older thread but that 'idea' has gotten a little confusing and a bit outdated (and still is not implemented). The documentation points you to go to create a scene layer package, but this tool has been deprecated. You now have to go to: Create Point Cloud Scene Layer Package—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS Desktop Here, you can bring in your LAZ file into this scene layer package that you make And fill in the rest of the blanks with the right info. I hope ArcGIS Pro starts to natively view LAZ files!

Geeze, you're right! This is a great segment from that article: The result of each of the following comparisons is therefore unknown:0 NULL = 1
NULL <> 1
NULL > 1
NULL = NULL Nothing equals null . Not even null equals null because each null could be different. Haha, oh null. What a conundrum

Randy, Nice digging on that old thread. Your suggestion mostly worked! I don't know why it didn't all-the-way work but that is on my end. (my example is, after the query of SUBSTRING("Layer" FROM 1 FOR 3) <> SUBSTRING("OWNERSHIP_NUMBER" FROM 1 FOR 3) wherever I have null values, these were not part of my selection - so, Layer would = 144B and OWNERSHIP_NUMBER would = <null>, and these are clearly different, this record was not selected. This is true when I flip-flop the query as well.). Either way, this gets me past my initial question of why LEFT didn't work. Thanks again! (maybe Esri should change that documentation........)
