Joseph, This is amazing. Thanks for sharing this! I am bookmarking this for later use. One suggestion, this thread might be best formulated as a blog post (or maybe a "document" - with a document, I think people can mark it as helpful) instead of question post. Either way, I'm excited to have this resource! Do you take suggestions on adding new governments/cities/counties etc.?

Ok, so to follow up, the best bet to chat with Esri Support. They were a tremendous help in getting me on my way. They also said that since AWS so new the documentation is still being developed.

Anna, Maybe you could try resetting your ArcGIS Profile? https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-2121-resetting-your-arcgis-application-profile And if that doesn't work, it may be worth doing a Repair Install on your ArcMap desktop

Justin, Whenever I get an error like this on desktop, I usually have to close all instances of my GIS software and try again. And sometimes have to restart my PC. I suppose a similar thing can be done on a server, right? ArcGIS Enterprise
