Hi Sivakumar, Dan pointed out some great topics for you to look into (which likely will answer your question). Do you have ArcGIS or have you tried to use Oracle Spatial Data within an ArcGIS environment yet? If not, you could get a trial of ArcGIS to test it out. It may be the appropriate next step to take: ArcGIS for Desktop | Free Trial

Zulfiqar, Can you give more information on your widget crashing? Is there an error message? And you may want to turn your 'discussion' into a 'question' in order to get more replies.

Robert, There may be some helpful information here: ArcPad Help Also, I found this blog post that has some info: The ArcPad Team Blog: Your questions answered from the Field GIS Collecting and Editing Data Using ArcPad 10 Seminar In it, it says" 64. Do you have to have a GPS enabled camera to hyperlink photos? Or do you just need Bluetooth capability? To hyperlink photos, you need either a device with a built-in camera, or some way to get photos from the camera to the device. Some cameras can transfer via Bluetooth or WiFi. Also, Trimble TrimPix Pro software can be used with nearly any digital camera that has an SD card slot, and any device that has WiFi.

April, I am not familiar with Operations Dashboard but if it behaves like AGOL then you could likely put in a filter for the poles, if they have an attribute of that county name. This link may help: http://doc.arcgis.com/en/operations-dashboard/windows-desktop/author/map-widget.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_544CD06CCE5A4C6BA426C1E1833C1B62

Hi Rick, First you will want to Add a new Field: Add Field—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop Click on the icon in the upper left corner of your attribute table and choose Add Field: Give the field a name and you will likely want to select double or float for the data type. Then, you will want to calculate this field by right clicking on the column header and choosing Field Calculator...: Here, you can put in the equation for meters to miles. Likely something like this: With 0.000621371 as your conversion factor or so.
