Hi Rob, I have come across this issue a few times where my existing MXD is in my local system and I want to put in XY data that is in WGS 84. Simple enough, I go into the Layers Properties > Coordinate System tab, and change the system to WGS 84. I put in the XY data (Add XY...), and verify it comes in where it should. Then I usually export my XY data to a feature class in order for it to be saved, then change my system back to my local system. I hope that makes sense. It's a few steps but it works.

Hi Kate, Is there an issue with the coordinate system? Does its system match your ArcMap document's? Can you view the shapefile in ArcCatalog?

It is kind of a big pain, but once you get used to some of the limitations, it gets easier. Though, it seems that the functionality of ArcGIS Online is always changing and improving so maybe this may be in the works some day!

I agree that having a warning would be nice. Hopefully Pro 1.3 will have more and more bugs worked out!

Hi Vinutha, Would it be possible for you to post a link to your feature class that you published? Or maybe post the code you wrote to make this application?

Hi Matthew, I am not really sure but found a few resources that may be helpful. Take a look at these sites: Unregister As Versioned—Help | ArcGIS for Desktop (this might be a better site): A quick tour of registering and unregistering data as versioned—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS for Desktop 18341 - Unregister autoregistered third-party Oracle Spatial tables http://help.arcgis.com/en/geodatabase/10.0/admin_cmds/Support_files/datamgmt/sdetable.htm

Nathan, What happens when you load your feature service in a 'regular' web map? Does it show in the right place? Also, what happens when you load this feature service in another custom webmap? You can likely easily do this by playing around in the Sandbox to see if it is loading properly: ArcGIS API for JavaScript Sandbox https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/3/sandbox/sandbox.html?sample=fl_any_projection

Jeff, What this sounds like is "all sources" would be "feature" and "locations". Normally, the search just defaults to locations. By checking the all box, I am guessing that it is combining the search results. Though, I believe your service has to be published with feature access allowed.

Break prematurely ends a loop while return passes back a return value to the function caller (basically returns to where the code was previously).

Jeff, For searching AGOL, you have different options for searching. When you are logging into your organization, I think the default search is within your organization. Searching all sources searches your organization, the web, and all other sources. Here is some more info on search: Use search—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS

Kim, I do not believe that you can re-order the sublayers in ArcGIS Online. This article talks about organizing layers but does not mention sublayers: Organize layers—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS However, I do not think you can do this through the web. It would need to be done elsewhere.
