Well, that's dumb. But yeah. I went in and set the upper value to 7, threw in a couple of breaks, and now it works. I appreciate the help! Thanks.

I'm working in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.3. I am using this expression to calculated if a feature has a "Y" in that field. var esaCount = 0 if ($feature.Hydric=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.FEMA_Flood=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.Depressions=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.NaturalAreas=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.Bedrock=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.Shoreland=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.SteepSlope=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.WetlandBuffer=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.Wetland=="Y") {esaCount+=1} if ($feature.GWPA=="Y") {esaCount+=1} return esaCount If I apply it to the Unique Values Symbology, it works as expected. If I try to use it with Graduated Colors or Symbols, or Unclassed Colors the result is always 1. I'm fine with using the Unique Values, I'm just curious if this is expected behavior or if there is something wrong. I'm thinking it might have to do with the Maximum Sample Size reached error that I get when I first select those options because it always defaults to Shape_Length, but it goes away once I enter the expression. Any thoughts?

At the suggestion of the Support chatbot, I looked at the parameters in the geoprocessing history. So I did some experimenting in Python. Setting the value to None reverts to the default Setting the value to "" reverts to the default Removing the parameter all together... reverts to the default. In short, even though the documentation states otherwise, Maximum Distance to Connection Point is not optional in at least ArcGIS Pro 3.6.3.

Ok. That is definitely different than 3.6.3. I did "Send to Python" and am able to run it with "None" as a parameter. I'm running an area that is about half the size as I did this morning. That one took 6 hours to run. ETA... Well, that was the worst result so far. I think I'm going to go back to doing step by step.

I'm in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.3 I'm using the Locate Depressions to find kettles and depressions countywide. I keep getting caught up on "Maximum Distance to Connection." Looking at the documentation, it says that it's optional and "This parameter will only be applied if a value is specified for it." There is no way to NOT specify a parameter. It always has the default. If I click in the field and delete the number, it comes back as soon as I click or tab out of the field. I have a minimum area defined. It seems that if I set the distance too short, I "lose" the larger depressions, but if I set it to long, I end up with features that are definitely not depressions. I tested out some scenarios on a small area, but when I tried to apply the parameters to a larger area, they do not work. Am I missing something? Is there some sort of guidance for "distance to connector?"

I am able to see the functionality in the essential metadata. That functionality would be nice in both "views." If someone wants to fill out something more than what is deemed "essential" it should be easier and not harder to do than the essential metadata.

Adding my 👍🏻 to this. It would be so much easier and there would be a lot more compliance if we could add the field description in Data Design: Fields, rather than having to go out to the metadata to define it.

I'm in the Content Pane. As soon as I click on it I get everything in the whole wide world. If I am in ArcGIS online it defaults to all of my content sorted newest first. Which I would think is what people would want to see. For example, if I'm creating an event response page I want to access the the items that I've created for that page, not the Arizona Waze Live feed when I'm located in Wisconsin.

I switched over to the metadata editor and I like the look and feel. There are some things that I keep trying to do, and there is no functionality that matches. I want to use the breadcrumbs. Please make them links. I want to click "remaining" to see what I have Remaining Same with Errors and suggested elements I keep looking in the outline to see what's done and what's missing. Thanks for your consideration

I'm currently working in our EOC and am spending much more time in the "Hub" side of things than I typically do. I have had several times where I have gone to look at the content in "My" workspace and the first thing I see is stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with anything that I need. It would be nice to have this mimic what happens in the ArcGIS Online side of things where the first thing I see are my things and then I can throw the net wider if I need it.

I spent hours configuring and deploying the GIS Request Management solution on our enterprise only to discover that it's pretty much useless when it comes to users being able to fill out the surveys. We have the enterprise set up so that when a new user signs in, it automagically adds them as a viewer because we don't have "extra" contributor or editor licenses to assign to them. For them to be able to fill out the surveys, they have to be set to "everyone." That means that it gets shared as a feature service to the whole wide world. Which I absolutely do not want. So, I'm not sure if this should be a Survey123 idea or Solutions idea, but it's a problem for those of us that don't have ELAs. (I posted this idea in both communities because I couldn't figure out where to put it.) If "anyone" is allowed to submit surveys on AGOL with public data collection, it would be nice to be able to have users on an internal network be able to do the same without sharing to the whole world.

I mean... This idea is 14 years old... And I've been on Pro for a few years now. I don't really think I needed this update. But thanks.
