Try doing a search of your entire HDD for the .dll in case it accidentally was moved. Check your recycle bin for the .dll if you find it then it should be placed in the bin directory of your ArcGIS install location. if you used defaults it should be C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.5\bin or whatever your current version is.

When the original Enterprise db was created did the creator us a predefined projection or did they customize the projection? Not 100% on this but I think if they specified the extents manually it may not accept anything that is out of bounds. I added a bunch of data to a State Plane projection that was Lambert Conformal Conic and from an adjoining state. It opened without error. Granted the data was skewed the further away we got from our area but it worked. Open the offending feature in a blank MXD and see if there is a feature in it that is way out of bounds. Also open the attribute table and sort by feature length or area. Are there any features with a length or area of ZERO

The only work around we have found that works is to not use iPhones or iPads. However, I am thinking it is a security setting in iDevices that we have not figured out. One of the techs with an iPhone 6 we had him uninstall Collector and reinstall it and he has not complained about any issues since. He was also not able to attaché photos when everyone else could.

Are your crews using iDevices? We have people that lose credentials in Collector on iDevices. I have my Android phone and I have gone through several updates and password changes and have yet to have an issue with staying logged in.

That's a problem then What format is the data? Lets clarify what you mean by downloading it? Where are you getting it from? If it is your data I would think you would not have to download it unless you store it off site. When you preview it what are you using to preview it? ArcGIS desktop or ArcGIS pro?

The harsh truth of the matter at that point is that you most likely have to rewrite all of your tools. There normally is no compatibility mode. Its like trying to use a diesel truck in a gasoline environment. Unfortunately ESRI seems to change its supported programming language every now and then. Quite a few applications written for a version of ArcGIS by third party vendors have had to be scrapped because they constantly needed to be re-written. Personally we find it best practice to stay out of the box with our GIS and never pay for or develop custom geo-processing tools. The result is we can upgrade at any time and maintain full functionality. We have custom tools we develop in model builder and export to python. But nothing we cannot recreate. I have found that many custom tools that some third party vendors develop are not much more than a new coat of paint on an existing tool.

Survery123 when using the Geopoint question stores location information in the table. What it can create depends on the device. Most common is X and Y. If you tap on the screen to collect the location it will generally only collect the x,y You should be able to pull that data back out of the cloud and create the X,Y locations for the trees. The part that is thrilling though. If your arborist is using a phone or table to collect the geopoint location you can expect your tree locations to be anywhere from a few feet off to hundreds of feet.

You open Mapplex. click on the feature class you want to label. But not on the drop down item Normally the label is called default. Enter a new class name and click add. It will give it the properties of the top label by default. which in this case is default.
