If you have access to the feature class on the database level. My dataset is not versioned and in Oracle SDE. You first turn off all services reading using that feature class. If someone else has Add it to Pro and use Design > Fields and you can increase the value of a String Field. Hit save. I have used Davids Method many times with success. Other than I rename the old field to keep it for a little. I then rename the new field and make sure everything is working. But if your services are just referencing the text field it is not that big a deal.

Depends on if he has more than one project store in the multipoint. But it would be no different than having multiple rows for Project Numbers. when you create a multipoint it creates a number of representative points in the Feature Class. A multipoint isn't actually storing a unique record for each point it is using a table that is the same as for a single point. It is still a single entity and each multipoint only accesses a single record. Here is a link to a help document to help you understand multipoint features. https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/manage-data/creating-new-features/creating-a-multipoint-feature.htm If he has more than one attribute with project numbers then he can duplicate the points and only keep those with the second or third project number.

Do you have access to ArcMap as well as Pro. It works better in ArcMap. In Pro add the Feature Class. Right click on the FC and select Design > Fields All your fields will pop up. At the bottom select Click here to Add New Field. Add you Longitude and Latitude back in as they were named before Make the Data Type as Double Save the changes Open the Attribute Table Right click on Longitude (or whatever you named it) and select Calculate Geometry. Using the Target Field Drop down menu you can add Latitude also and just select the correct X or Y Choose Coordinate Format and System. I prefer doing it in ArcMap however,

I would contact Tech Support directly for a best answer. The only time I have had to worry is when we changed the way we access licenses.

Can you put the two features into a relationship? This SQL code works in a definition query for features in a relationship. Table1 Table2 Table2 Table2 ORIGINFIELD IN (SELECT DESTINATIONFIELD FROM <RELATED NAME> where <FIELDNAME> <QUERY>) I use it to show only points in a Dashboard that have an attachment associated with it. It may work with a SQL query for Labels.

For a small muni I would not use UTM then. In the US we would use State Plane Coordinate System for small localized areas. I would imaging in Canada there is something similar. But I would still recommend Web Mercator for any web maps. More compatible than anything else and zero maintenance.

You may have nailed the issue with iOS 12.5.3. Make sure your on the new version of collector. Go to the App Store and search for Collector. You will see ArcGIS Collector and Collector Classic. Look at the icons and make sure you have upgraded to ArcGIS Collector. If that does not work try installing Field Maps on your devices.

Your feature service may be marked with a limitation on how many features can be displayed at one time. Generally your best with 2000 or less. Sounds like your in AGOL, in which case I could not tell you. We are in Portal. I would suggest reporting it as a bug to ESRI Support

Did you change the names of the Fields? Were the filters in your Dashboard based on specific values for the attributes? You should be able to change thousands of values and not need to republish. Unless you changed the core of the features being published. But even then you should be able to over write the feature service without disrupting anything. Unless you changed Domains, Field Names, etc.

I believe you will need to build the domain into your survey. Below is an example from one of my surverys in the choices tab. The first column is the name of the domain in the service, middle is the Code of the domain and the third is the description. In the survey and dashboard the Description is what people see. FIELDMARKUP_WORKGROUPS 1050 EMS SCADA FIELDMARKUP_WORKGROUPS 1164 SYSOPS FIELDMARKUP_WORKGROUPS 4002 Apparatus not specified FIELDMARKUP_WORKGROUPS 4005 HVDC not specified FIELDMARKUP_WORKGROUPS 4004 TC&M not specified

Actually I think using the recommended projection for AGO Online will make it more powerful and easy to use. As shown by your video. Any thing you add out side of your UTM zone or close to the edge may be distorted and show the curve of the Earth. If you want to use a base map then the recommended procedure is to create your own base map in the projection you want to use.
