The project I use this solution for there are some 9000 point features with Location Numbers for our company. The project allows field crews to take photos of various sites for a variety of reasons. In a Dashboard the people in the office can find that site and see the photos, with a variety of other filters. This definition query only shows the points with photos. Currently some 900 However, I do not know if this will work with AGOL or services hosted in the Cloud. We are an Enterprise Portal

it is doing that because the label is to long to fit in the polygon anymore. If you are using Maplex There are some options you can manipulate for the labels or alternative ways of doing things. In label options when the label exceeds the size of the polygon it will go beyond In the setting you can turn off Overrun feature. However, when you turn that off the label will disappear when it gets to big. However you can turn on stacking However, it will still disappear when you zoom out. So you select Reduce Font Size and go into options and set the max amount it will reduce font size. Last you can try Abbreviate Label. For this you need to create abbreviation dictionary. The alternative is to create annotation. Annotation will stay the same size relative to the polygon no matter how far out or in you zoom

there is a definition query that can query out related data. I use it quite often for just your purpose. The field names need to be database names and not alias ORIGINFIELD IN (SELECT DESTINATIONFIELD FROM <RELATED NAME> where <FIELDNAME> <QUERY>) In this example I have some 9000 points. I only want to see points that have a related table value where location is a positive integer LOCATION in (Select LOCATION FROM SitePhotos_WORKGROUPS where LOCATION > 0) The first location is the LOCATION field in my point feature this should be the same as the Origin Key in your relationship The second LOCATION is the Destination Key field in my related table SitePhotos_WORKGROUPS is the name of the related table

I have a mid range survey with 124 questions with the potential of 118 photos. No problems I have another survey I did couple of years ago for inspections. With a potential of 64 photos all taken at max resolution. I walked around and completely filled in the survey. It took a long time it was able to upload the survey.

Certainly would not expect your hardware to be at issue. The only 2 things I would question is if Windows 11 is a compatibility issue and where is your data stored. It could be a bandwidth issue. Are you pulling the data via wi-fi From a network. When I am working from home I have to connect to my office via VPN to access network drives. However, it is significantly slower than being at my office. At home I was on wi-fi but ended up running ethernet from my modem direct to my computer. Greatly increased performance.

Any suggestions I suggest should be tried on a copy of your data. is your survey stored as a table or part of a feature class. If as a table have you tried using Load Data in Catalog. If a feature class, did it store x,y locations. If so you can generate the points and use Load Data

In part it depends on what service you are using. for my organization using Enterprise Portal the url starts like this arcgis-survey123://?itemID=<surveyNumber> If you open Survey123 from the web https://survey123.arcgis.com/ and sign in you should see all surveys you own. Select the survey you want. On the very right in the green bar select the Sharing Icon When selected you should see a URL to launch the Survey, a QR code that can launch a survey, and a link to the survey in the browser.

Just a note. Most people will not open a file from a layer like that on their own machine. I won't. However, if it is a layer file from an official web site then the data probably belongs to someone else and you do not have permissions to edit it. Only view

Also there is a minor bug with Field Maps and the Configure for Field Maps. If you have Field Maps open and you configure the form and save it, then make a change to the map your configurations go away. The ESRI workaround is to only have one or the other tab open at a time. However, the dashboard thing is very frustrating. There are some other aspects of the new dashboard that are very exciting.
