I’ve created a form using an existing feature service. I can see the features via the 'Inbox' in the field app, but the problem is that the labels - both in the list and on the map - are showing all of the features existing fields including the GlobalID. (See the attached screen shots) How can I customize the feature labels so they will show specific fields only?

How can I set the autocomplete to return results from the beginning of the string only? Is there anything similar to find/substr? I'm pulling street names from a CSV file that contains hundreds of records. pulldata('Streets','ROAD_NUMBER','ROAD_NAME',${roads}) When I search for a street name I get all the values that contain the string that I'm typing and sometimes I have to type 5 characters before I can get to the street name I needed. See the attached screen shot - I was looking for Montgomery street and got 40 irrelevant results, and to get to Montgomery I had to type 5 characters "montg".

Photos that were taken with Collector on Android are stored under /MyDevice/ArcGISApp; I wish there was a similar option when using Collector on iOS devices. Currently, the only way to access photos and videos that were collected with Collector on iOS is via the app itself. This is an issue when working with a dozen of layers, in a large area with no service. A field supervisor can travel long distances in one day (within a no-service area) but it is impossible to download such a large work area maps as well as so many layers. Yet he needs access to photos he collected in the past. This issue can be addressed if had first taken the pictures and then attach them to collected features but this is a time-consuming workflow and misses one of the biggest advantages of Collector.

Our field workers are using iPads as their mobile office and they need access to photos and videos that they collected with Collector in past. In many cases they are in areas where there is no service so they can't access any of the photos they took while using Collector. I am very well familiar with the offline option of Collector, but this is not the case here. The field workers know where they start their day, but they don't always know where they'll end up after a few hours, so they can't download maps and features ahead of time. They might also be in several different areas without service on the same day. Is there a way to save collected photos on the device? I really want to avoid the detour of taking the photos first and then attach them to the collected features, as it is time consuming (we are initiating a project of collecting hundreds of new features) and it also leaves more room for errors. The process that describes here work-with-attachments is even more time consuming. Thanks

The 'Usage' tab of maps and apps in AGOL show usage activity based on GMT time reporting. I'm in California, it is now 9:41 am and when I wanted to see usage details for the past 24 hours I got this: Mar 29, 2017, 4:41:21 PM GMT to Mar 30, 2017, 4:41:21 PM GMT My local time zone is GMT -7 which requires to subtract 7 from the time indicated in the graph in order to find the actual time. If there was an activity on 2:00 GMT I know it was at 7am PST. It would be nice to see local time in the graph.

It would be great to know which WebApp is connected to which WebMap. Anyway to show on the details page of a WebApp the map ID of the WebMap that the app was created from? This way when I need to make changes or fix something in the the original WebMap I could find it easily. Thanks

Thanks, good to know. Any chance a report option will be added to maps (tables) on ArcGIS Online any time soon? Thanks

Hi Scott, Lots of data has been collected in the field but we can't really present it outside of esri platform. We collect attributes and pictures that we want to present in a report format for executives and others, but currently we can't. Showing the information as pop-ups on a webmap is not feasible. I can't really ask a director to log into ArcGIS Online and run a query on a map, click on the selected feature and read thru the pop-up window. I also can't ask the engineers who are creating those reports to go thru a complex workflow that involves downloading the data, in order to create a report with pictures. The reports can be either for an entire table (in this case maybe thumbnails would work better), but also (this is more likely) for individual records (or for a few at once). I wish I could have the option to select a record from a table on ArcGIS Online map, click a 'create report' button, select the fields I want to show and have the options to add the picture(s) attached to this record. Then to either present the report online (similar to the Dashboard look and feel maybe) and also to be able to print it to PDF (printing is important). I don't need to show statistics and charts (though it can be a nice options), I just need to have an easy way to create a page showing text (from the table) and pictures. Map widget is an option but not a must. I hope it is more clear now. Thanks, Ayelet

I wish there was an easy way to create reports from data in either ArcGIS Online as well as from data collected via Collector and Survey123. It is hard for me to convince users to use these tools if they cannot create reports (especially for executives). Doing it via downloading the data to Access (or similar) is not an option for them. Too long/complicated/not intuitive.

Hi Rebecca, I didn't see your reply until now. Sorry. I can't remember what was the solution, but sometime after that Android OS was updated and the Collector doesn't work properly on my device anymore. esri are aware of this issue and they can't do much. My advice, do not hit "ok" when your Android ask you to update the system. I searched my emails and found this answer from esri support, I hope it will help.
