Hi Randy, Open the model Properties (ModelBuilder ribbon tab > Model group > Properties). In the Properties dialog, click the Parameters tab. For the table row containing the parameter of interest, scroll all the way to the right. There's a Symbology column. Click in the cell for that column. A browse button appears. Browse to the layer file you want to use for the output.

Hi, not sure if this adds anything you don't already know, but the help topic Start ArcGIS Pro with a Named User license has a note that when you return the license, you have to use the same computer--as well as the same account credentials. Tim

Hi Robert, You can also save your map from Project A as a map file (.mapx). That saves all the map properties. In Project B, add the map file to the project (on the Insert tab click Import Map and browse to it.) The map and all its layers, layer symbology, etc. will show up, exactly as in Project A... as long as the layer data sources are still accessible, which they should be.

Hi Curtis, I don't have much to add, but I did notice one thing. If you go the item page of USA Major Highways you'll see that the owner is Esri (as shown in the search results) but the item is managed by esri_dm. If you search for USA Major Highways owner:esri_dm (in ArcGIS Online or in Pro) the expected item is returned. Tim

Hi Jonathan, Also see the list of ArcGIS Pro Learning Resources compiled by Kory Kramer. The Pro help system also includes a series of tutorials with downloadable data, including one on making a layout. Web-based instruction is often geared to the latest software version, so incompatibilities like the one you ran into can happen. One nice thing about the help system tutorials, is that you can download the offline help system and use that. The offline help system is specific to your version of the software so the tutorial instructions match your capabilities. Tim

Hi, I don't think it's possible. Open a second instance of Pro on your computer. On the start page, click Settings. Then click Licensing > Configure your licensing options. The options are grayed-out: can't change the licensing portal. It looks like this:

That particular tutorial is relatively new, so it may not have been there when you went through them before. Sympathize with you about the adjustment pains... at least you found the answer to your question before anyone else did. I think that means you're holding your own!

For your first question, I think all you need to do is set the Weight field on the Symbology pane to the attribute you want the heat map to represent (average of resale price). This attribute needs to be a numeric field. If it's a text field, you need to add a new field to the table, give it a numeric field type (float, if you need decimal points, otherwise long integer) then do a field calculation to copy the resale values as numbers rather than text strings. For your second question, you need to know how to enable your layer to display time values. Even before reading the help topic Kory suggested, it would help you a lot to go through the Visualize temporal data tutorial. That will show you how to format your table properly, how to set time properties for your layer, and how to make an animation.

Hi Dalinda, there's been some renaming of templates at 2.3. If you start a project from the Catalog template (which used to be called the Blank template) the project will open with a Catalog tab, not a Map tab. (This tab itself might have been renamed from Home to Catalog--I'm not sure about that.) Anyway, that's the template that opens with the catalog view showing. Map and scene templates always started with a Map tab. At 2.3., there's a new template that lets you start Pro without saving a project. That's probably the temporary project file you're describing. It does open with a Map tab, but this template didn't exist before 2.3. You might be remembering the behavior of the Catalog/Blank template.
