Esri has been teaching and promoting integration with R at the User Conference and Developer Summit for several years. During this time we have seen significant increase in interest, and received useful feedback from our ArcGIS users and R users about a variety of needs and techniques for integrating ArcGIS and R. Based upon this feedback, we are working with ArcGIS and R users to develop a community to promote learning, sharing, and collaboration. I thought it may be the dash, but this URL works: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/analyze/arcpy-classes/cursor.htm However I noticed the URLs with two dashes do not: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/analyze/arcpy-mapping/styleitem-class.htm I have an open case with Jive Software to determine the issue. Spatial Join is probably your best option. It will determine the overlap and write the attributes of your point file to the neighborhood output file. I've been working on Jive fires and most recently the Ideas migration. Although there has been some talk about adding gamification to the UC, there probably will not be anything big if it does happen.

I am trying to better understand what you are trying to accomplish. My GIS is a little rusty, but it's my understanding that the Viewshed tool takes all of the points and creates an output layer that shows which areas can be seen. Those cells that can be seen by more points have a larger value. I don't see a need to loop through each individual record, then add the output raters altogether.

The majority represents those not signed into the community. With the Re: Double log in to geonet issue, many viewers are not be authenticated correctly. There is also an Jive bug with views being double counted. Also views are counted each time you come to this thread, read it in an activity stream, or interact within your inbox. With the 30+ comments of Rebecca Strauch, GISP and Dan Patterson I'm sure there are 100+ views between the two of you.

Richard Olivieri I want to thank you again for your feedback. I passed along some suggestions to the team that manages the mega menu at the top of our page. We have also made some changes to the User Conference space and have added links directly to the registration agenda pages.
