Have you tried current version of Android Collector (10.3.3)? It should have this capability. If you are using iOS, you will get this capability in the coming version.

I am not sure if you run into this issue: for android Collector to access IWA type of security, you need to sign in as UserName@Domain instead of UserName only.

Ahmad, I have seen similar issue before. For the issue I saw, it happens to the host tile service shared to public. If the host tile service is shared to Org only or Group only, it works fine. iOS Collector doesn't have this issue. Can you try to share to Org instead of everyone? -Morgan

I can't reproduce the issue. Maybe others having similar issue can answer you. I also suggest you contact Esri Support to have a support case logged so you can work with support analysts to troubleshoot the issue.

You need to make sure Android phone can access the portal from a web browser first. Maybe you want to try VPN using Junos Pulse in your Android phone.

I assume your Portal is in internal network. Make sure your device can access it via VPN or internal wi-fi network. .etc. Also, it is always good to check if Portal is up.

Today I also ran into this issue. What I did was to reset network setting in iPhone 5. After resetting, the issue is gone. Here is the help: Reset Network Settings using iPhone- AT&T Wireless Support .But I still don't know how I can reproduce this issue.
