What is the field type you are calculating from to? The value of the record you are trying to input from OBJECTID 3 will not fit the type of the field you are calculating to. Example would be if you are trying to put a Long type in a Short type field.

When I first looked at it, it looked like both fields were in the same str. I don't see where you've used outputFolder as part of you're output paths.

You will also need to pre-create the elements you want in a map document(dataframes legend ect.) you can move the objects around but not create them.
