Hi @Bud , Could you please clarify what catalog information on the selected items you are trying to copy into an Excel file, and what are your purpose and workflow which needs this functionality? By the way, currently the Copy Path command does operate on multiple selected items, so you can copy the paths of these selected items in the Catalog view or Catalog pane, and paste the paths into a spreadsheet:

@NoahWasserman , It seems that I misunderstood what you wanted last time. If you want to put different project .aprx files in different client folders, you can do so by setting the project location in the Create a New Project dialog when you create a new project: You can select a location that you think the project file should be - you can enter the path directly in the Location textbox or use the browse button to select the location. Again, you can check or uncheck "Create a new folder for this project" to control whether the project file will be create under a new folder or not in that location.

Hello @TedCronin , While you cannot create portal groups in ArcGIS Pro, you can actually create portal folders in Pro, in a Catalog view or a browse dialog box (and no, you don't have to do it while going through some Sharing process). In a Catalog view, go to My Content, then on the ribbon, Catalog tab, Create group, click New, and click Folder in the dropdown: A new portal folder would be created under My Content, with a default name in rename mode, and you can rename it as you want. Similarly, in a browse dialog box, if you go to My Content, you can click the New Item dropdown menu, and click Folder: Again, the new folder will be in rename mode and you can change the default name to one that you want. Could you update your idea to be focusing just on creating portal groups? Thank you very much for your feedback!

Hello @Bud , Currently in ArcGIS Pro, once you have visited a folder in a Catalog window, its content is cached for faster access during the same Pro session. If you made some changes in that folder WITHIN Pro, the folder content will be updated automatically in Pro. However if you made some changes in that folder outside the current Pro session (for example in the File Explorer), you won't see the changes in Pro, unless you manually refresh this folder in Pro. As @ChristopherCounsell mentioned, there is already an idea about this: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/auto-refresh-folders-db-connections-in-pro/idi-p/934199. Could you please add your vote to that idea? You mentioned in your last comment that the Add Folder Connection browse dialog box was showing the updated content of the folder at that time, to your surprise. This could happen only if you have not visited that folder during the current Pro session (the first time you visited that folder during the current Pro session). Please let us know if this is not the case. @ChristopherCounsell - the Refresh Capability for items in Favorite (favorite folders, etc.) is indeed already implemented (https://desktopqa/SFTriage/#/Ideas/1212891). Thank you both for your comments and suggestions!

Hello @NoahWasserman, If I understand you correctly, you want to create a project in a folder of your choosing, with the project .aprx file directly under your selected folder, instead of in a project home folder under your selected folder. ArcGIS Pro already offers this capability. In the following example, in the Create a New Project dialog, you can select the project location (C:\Testing), uncheck "Create a new folder for this project", and the new project .aprx file will be created directly under C:\Testing. If you prefer to create all your projects in the same location without creating a project home folder for each .aprx file created, you can specify this preference in ArcGIS Pro's backstage, Options dialog, General tab, under Create projects, by specifying the location, and unchecking "Create a folder for the project": When you want to select an existing project to open, in the Open Project browse dialog box, you can go to the location where you have created a number of your projects, and sort the projects .aprx files by Name, Date Modified, etc.: Does this help? If not, could you please clarify your desired workflow? Thank you for your feedback!
