Hi Veronica -- this should be fixed now, but you'll need to reconfigure your pop-ups to trigger the fix. (If you use the same web map in a new story it will work.) Can you please reconfigure your pop-up and check your story when you get a chance and let us know if things are working as expected?

Hi Alexis -- Sorry you're having trouble with the pop-up configuration in your story. Can you please provide some more information? What type of layer are you using? Can you share your story publicly and send a link to it so we can take a look?

Hi Angela -- good question! What do you mean or expect by the word "archived" in this context? Do the stories need to be deleted/taken down? I'd imagine many students would like to have their work remain online after graduation so they could easily link to story maps from resumes or show them at job interviews. Story maps are dynamic, interactive products that lose their value if they are no longer available online in their original form. I would suggest trying to keep students' final project story maps active, if possible. If students' accounts need to be retired when they graduate their stories could be transferred to an administrator account in the university organization so they could remain active. Some other ideas: Story Map Journals can be printed or exported to PDF, but of course all of the interactivity of a story map is lost when it's converted to a static format. Students could create narrated screencasts of a story map and the video could serve as a way to archive the story map. Datasets and maps that were used to publish maps for a story map can be saved as file sources like CSVs, MXDs, GDBs, SHPs, APRXs, etc.

Dan -- Unfortunately, it looks like you've encountered a current limitation of the tool you've used to copy your story map. I'd suggest that you get in touch with the developers and ask them to enhance the application to copy item resource files and update the image links when a story map is copied. If your story is going to be public, you should be able to use the links for the images in the English version in the Spanish version. Just make sure you're not including tokens in the URLs and that you use HTTPS links. The URLs should look like this: https://www.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/[itemid]/resources/[image-name].jpg If you can make your stories public and share the links I can take a look to try to figure out what might not be working. OK, I can see the story now; thanks for sharing it. You aren't using the subtitle field on the cover. What if you used the title for Greek and the subtitle for the English? Also, you probably only need to include the date once, so that would simplify things a bit. Title : Σεισμός Λέσβου 12/6/2017 Subtitle: Lesvos Earthquake

Hello Varvara -- Unfortunately that's not possible. Cascade is a responsively designed app, so your story can be read on many different types of devices with different screen sizes. Even though it might look good on your computer, having line breaks in titles can be very bad for readability and provide a bad experience for readers on other screen sizes or devices. I'm not able to see your story because it is not shared publicly. If you'd like us to take a look please share it with Everyone.

Hi Johan -- Unfortunately the story map builder does not let you configure the header bar to hide, but we are considering adding that feature in a future release. For now, if you want to hide the header bar in certain situations or change the fonts, you'd have to download the app from GitHub, have a JavaScript developer add that behavior to the app by customizing the code, and host the app yourself. There's an article here about modifying fonts in Cascade.

Hi Judy -- To change the header style you'd need an experienced developer to modify a lot of styles since there are several components and states in the header bar that include fade transitions and the mobile view. We recommend keeping the banner bar black and only changing the style of the body of the story.

Hi Robert -- there are several coffee-related stories in the gallery on the Story Maps website. That's always a good place to go when you are looking for good stories on a particular topic. You can search for stories by keyword, subject area, etc. https://storymaps.arcgis.com/en/gallery/#s=0&q=coffee

Hi Emilie -- that legend is coming from the web map, so there is no way to decouple the layer order from the legend order. You could take a screenshot of the legend, edit the image to order the legend the way you want, and then add your edited legend image to the panel of your Map Series.

Hi Lindsay -- That's a nice idea and I can very much see how that would be helpful for story map readers. I'll add that idea to our internal system and we will discuss adding it in a future release. Thanks for the feedback!

Hi Ian -- The behavior of links in the header is controlled in the code, so that's not possible to alter in builder or by editing the story JSON. To change that you'd need to download and host a modified version of the code in which you've made that change. Can you please share the reason why you want that link to open in the same window so we can consider providing an option for authors to do that in the future?

Hi Sally -- I just tested that workflow and confirmed that you can upload new photos to the copied story. In the copied story just go to the media config panel for each image > Manage > Change Media and you can re-upload the photo. Can you provide a little more information about where you are running into issues with that?
