Joseph -- Sorry you are having trouble with your story map. Which story map template are you using? Our builders have a story checker that should report issues to you. At the top of the builder, do you see an orange FIX button (Journal/Series) or is the heart icon red/orange (Cascade)? Can you provide a little more detail about what's happening? Hi Brendan -- this is an issue that was introduced with the current release of the Chrome browser. I confirmed that your Spotify clips work fine in Firefox. They also work fine in Chrome Canary, which is the beta download of a future version of Chrome that's made available for developer testing, so that means Google has fixed the issue and will release a fix in a few weeks. Good news is that you won't have to wait that long. There's an update for Story Maps this week, and we plan to make an adjustment to workaround the Chrome issue. John -- Are you asking about how the maps were made or about the layout of the story map (numbered bullets across the header)? If the latter, that's just the Bulleted Layout of the Map Series app. You can choose the Bulleted Layout for your Map Series story in a few ways: 1) launch the builder with Bulleted Layout pre-selected from the Apps page on our website, 2) choose Bulleted in the first screen when you launch Map Series Builder, or 3) select it for an existing story from Settings > Layout (note that on some screens you have to scroll down to see the Bulleted Layout option in the list of layouts in Settings, but it's there right below Side Accordion). ... Hi Laura -- The US Forest Service made a few stories (like this one and this one) where they used a JavaScript library called Slideshowify. You'd need to build the slideshow using that library, host the images and code on your own web server, and then embed the slideshow as a "web page" type media in your story map. Hi Kate -- I'm on Chrome 67.0.3396.62 and I also see the issue you describe. The chart interactivity is not there. I tested your story on the developer version of Chrome and the interactivity is back, so hopefully they will roll out an update soon that fixes this browser issue. ... View more
