I have a piece of software that will pull specific file information from an entire directory and write it into an excel spreadsheet. When set up as a hyperlink, the resulting [Path]+[FileName] in the excel spreadsheet works perfectly as a hyperlink, retrieving the file (regardless if it's document or image). In Access, I can import this to a table and the hyperlinks remain in-tact. Where I run into problems is when I try to add data from a 2nd (& 3rd & nth) directory, and append it to the original file. The links display but the hyperlink does not. When the Hyperlinks properties window is open, only the Text to Display window is populated but the Hyperlink Address is not. Any idea on how to append multiple directories to this Access table?

Have attempted all of these (in this order) : 1. Restart ArcMap. Check. 2. Reset your ArcGIS application profile. Check again. 3. Turn-off the anti-virus in your machine and check. Nothing has changed. Still get the same error message. I also did a repair of the ArcMap 10.4 install (through the Windows system). Any other ideas?

It is not the first time I've been in the report writer. System will still let me run previous reports but I can neither create new, nor modify an existing report in ArcMap.

I'm not currently using Web AppBuilder for this purpose. It was recommended by another ESRI Solution Engineer but the path wasn't either apparent or straight-forward. Would prefer to work with the Report writer in ArcMap but having issues with that. Have asked that question in a new thread. I'm just looking for the best answer to get some current (and on-going) information out of the new map for management.

Using Collector, is there a way to filter changed data in the field? What I'm after is having a Project (shown as a colored polyline in or along a project area ... example would be grading of a certain section of road) remain visible until the project is complete. Once completed, technician will initial and enter the date. Once date is entered, I'd like the polyline to disappear. Data will remain but the visual will will be gone. Should allow me to build a database of what is done in a particular area over time without getting a "busy" map. In the Map View in AGOL, I can filter for Date Is Not Blank. Does not seem to come across to Collector. Any Suggestions?

All scripts appear to run correctly. However, next issue (don't know if related or not) is I can neither add an ESRI Basemap to a new *.mxd, nor can I add or change an existing one in an older *.mxd that already has one. Any ideas?

Moving the script launch back to the Foreground seems to have corrected that issue. Can now run the conversion scripts (at least) with no issue. Will be testing it later today on other applications. Thanks for the help.

Disk is no where near full (still have 700Gb of Free Space). Where we're at this morning after changing the Normal.mxt & going through the Repair procedure is that I no longer have the fatal error. Have only attempted the Table to Excel & Excel to Table tools but they don't run either. At least it's not stopping the program anymore. Will work through Jayanta's last suggestion.

Thanks for the additional info. Did find the file ... renamed it to Normal_old.mxt. After a restart, still ended up with the fatal error just requesting a Table conversion to Excel. I've gone through the repair process already. Any more ideas other than an uninstall / install?

Am having a hard time finding the *.mxt file (or directory). Will set up the search when I get home & just let it run. Question about upgrading to 10.5 ... would that resolve the issue or better to get this repaired first?
