Thanks for providing details, this was known to us.  We are doing one sample application in WAB where we select folders containing geotag images and it would read coordinates from image and create a service in ArcGIS Online or Portal which we have already provided empty service, so in this process, coordinates are copying into feature class or service created but image blog or raster file could not be added in ArcGIS online or portal. Hi, we are also facing the same issue but in our CSV there are no Lat/Lan details available, is there any possibility of adding those in the ArcGIS portal without Lat/Lan details to covert into the feature layer. As we all know that there is an option in ArcGIS online without Lat/Lan details we can add as an item in a web map and create as a feature layer. We have tried using that link and that link contains python script to update asset package and error was thrown when run on geodatabase. Also our query is that for UN modelling Electric or Warter , do we required enterprise portal system and DB to be there or we can do only in FGDB for UN related activities till tracing.
