The dropdown is filtered based on what association roles you have set. If there aren't any association roles of type CONTAINER, then I believe you will only see ALL.

Rules in the Utility Network are configured at the Asset Group and Asset Type (ie, you must specify both). ALL is just a special keyword which will internally make a rule for each valid asset type in the asset group (here, Electric Bay Boundary).

If you right click the first error, you can register your data source with server (essentially telling server where it needs to look) For the second error, I'm not sure. What version of Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise are you using?

You'd need to load it in any class with attribute rules that access $feature I think. Which I believe might be all of them for Naperville Water. The fix is specific to Pro. There's nothing I can do in UNTools to fix this.

The asset package will not modify your service territory. If you want to resize, you would need to recreate your utility network

Yes, I linked the bug in the original comment. BUG-000120526 If you want that class loaded, you can digitize a temporary feature, which should allow the attribute rule to load correctly.

Ahh it could be that the class it's failing on is empty. For your particular spatial reference, that is causing an issue. I believe this will be resolved in the next patch of ArcGIS Pro.

I believe this is BUG-000120526: The Apply Asset Package tool fails with Stormwater U.. If you choose load data, it should work.

Is the geodatabase under the DBO schema? There's a bug in untools specific to SQL server and DBO. If you change your workspace connection type to branch, it should work.

Is your database connection (SDE file) connect via branch or traditional?

These are just the default values from the subnetwork definition. When you are running a trace, you can override them. If you need to add a new network attribute, you'll need to stop the service disable topology to modify that.
