I have root and intermediate SSL certificate imported in my portal admin years ago.  I added "allowedProxyHosts": "xxxxx.xxxx.xxx" in portaladmin/security/config this morning and restarted the Portal, it's still not working for me.  I did your input as "maps.xxx.xxxx.xxx," is "maps" what I'm missing and that's why it wasn't working for me? ... My custom print services (secured and non-secured) published from ArcMap years ago are on my standalone ArcGIS Server.  I can't get any ESRI basemap printed correctly.  I just upgraded from 10.8.1 to 10.9.1, tested my non-secured print service, it worked with Map Viewer but not in the web appbuilder print widget.  I'm still in progress of figuring out the issue.  Also, I can't get secured print service published from ArcGIS Pro to work, any app with secured map service will get an error when I try to print.  I know in the past when I published my secured print service, I have an admin user account & password saved with the service but I don't see that option available in ArcGIS Pro.   ... I upgraded to 10.9.1 over the weekend and I had the same issue with my dashboard.  Spent almost a day trying to fix the issue, Using Query Layers in Operation Dashboard method didn't resolve the issue until I see your post regarding the bug.  This is what I did, for my event schedule table, I changed the start date field with prefix 'N', 'N' 5/25/2023 and this made the category selector works on the dashboard.  At this point, category is displaying as 'N' 5/25/2023, go to the "Selector" tab and under the label to "Load Category" and remove the 'N' from the label.  Please see attached images. ... I'm having the same issue for my ArcGIS Enterprises 10.8.1, I was able to add WMTS a few years ago (maybe prior 10.8.1 version) but not lately.  It worked fine on ArcGIS Online and in ArcCatalog.  I got the following error when I tried to add WMTS to my Portal, "The WMTS service, https://xxxxxxx/wmts, can't be added to the map. Question regarding ArcGIS Pro, "Recent releases of ArcGIS Pro contain Log4j but are not known to be exploitable as the software does not listen for remote traffic."  What version is the Log4j on ArcGIS Pro 2.9?  I just updated my ArcGIS Pro on my server and checked the file that I have "log4j-1.2.17.jar" version.  Could I interpreted as ArcGIS Pro doesn't listen remote traffic, so shouldn't be an issue if I have an older version of log4j? I'm on ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, in place upgrade last October.  I have log4j-1.2.17.jar version and someone mentioned 10.8.1 is shipped with log4j-2.x.  Wondering if this wasn't updated during the upgrade? ... I'm using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 and did in place upgraded last year.  Our Cyber security team generated a list of my servers impacted by the Apache Log4j vulnerability.   For example, ArcGIS Server at C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\zookeeper\lib\log4j-1.2.17.jar.  I see someone's post that 10.8.1 ship with 2.x version, wondering why I have 1.2.17 version?  Our cyber security team suggested  fixed version : 2.15.0.  I don't know if I should be downloading version of  2.15.0 to replace the older version in all the files that they scanned on my GIS servers, which impact stand alone ArcGIS Server, federated GIS server, geoevent server, datastore and portal.   Or wait till ESRI has more detail for the mitigation?   DataStore: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\DataStore\framework\runtime\elasticsearch_6.4.2\lib\log4j-core-2.11.1.jar GIS Server/Federated Server/ GeoEvent Server: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\zookeeper\lib\log4j-1.2.17.jar Portal seems like in the upgrade backup folder only: arcgisportal\upgrade-backup\10.8.0\dsdata\elasticsearch_7.3.0\lib\log4j-core-2.11.1.jar ArcGIS Pro: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Pro\java\runtime\spark\jars\log4j-1.2.17.jar ...
