@OwenGeo- My case got logged in as a BUG-000164841. Please read details. Synopsis: Google Analytics (GA4) may encounter issues in detecting the addition of a Google Tag to ArcGIS StoryMaps in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 leading to a failure to report any page views in such cases. For ArcGIS Enterprise do we only have to put in the Google Tag like in ArcGIS Online or, is there more to it? Do we have to put the entire code generated by GA4 somewhere in the Enterprise root folder and then the Tag on the StoryMaps? What does the BUG appear like to you? Thank you, Abi

Hello GIS friends, Do you all know if ArcGIS StoryMaps story, created in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, can be tracked using Google Analytics? I have ArcGIS StoryMaps story I created in ArcGIS Online, and I'm able to track it using Google Analytics. However, the one I created in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal is not being tracked. When I test the TrackingID in Google Analytics page, I encounter an error. The error message is: "Your Google tag was not detected on your website." Additionally, I cannot not see the 'collect' request in the web browser developer tools. Is there something more that needs to be done, other than just insert the TrackingID, to track a StoryMap created in Portal? Thank you for your help friends, Abi

@PLadd The crazy part is you do not even have to create or overwrite (if you already had a print service from ArcGIS Pro 3.1 or older version) your print service. The mere installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.2 on a machine that has ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 will throw an error on the print service. The solution is to not install ArcGIS Pro 3.2 on the same machine that has ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 installed. I do understand the compatibility of different versions of ArcGIS Pro working with different versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, but the mere installation of ArcGIS Pro 3.2 on a machine that has ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1 will cause the issue is strange. This is a simple but powerful idea! I'm aware and I use it all the time to protect feature services from being accidentally deleted from ArcGIS Portal; however, it is utterly important to also have an option to delete protect feature services from the Server Manager. It will save a lot of headache and trouble. Additionally, an option to delete protect Services folder as well from ArcGIS Server Manager will greatly help! Thank you, Abi
