We are having issues with Samsung android tablets/phones where a map is not showing up for logged in user s initially despite the fact they are definitely added as workers to the project and they have jobs assigned them. You have to keep re opening and closing the app until it finally responds and the map loads. Sometimes you have to remove the user from the project completely and then re add them along wit the assignments and the map will finally load. Is here any knwn issues that might be causing this behavior ? #new workforce #workforce on android

If you have pro you can do a join and just calculate the field s across its quicker then join field's. Can the calculation be done directly into the table on arcgis online ?

Hi Dirk Vandervoort You can generate the token yourself and specify how long it lasts using the http module in integromat Generate Token—ArcGIS REST API | ArcGIS for Developers maybe the referer would have to be your portal i am not sure as i don't have On-prem Enterprise Portal.

The only thing i can think off is using an .svg and the image map functionality https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2019/09/26/using-the-image-map-appearance-in-survey123 preparing the svg can be awkward but its useful once you get it to work and it works well . We use it for selecting body Parts that may have been injured so a simple yes/no image should be more straightforward

Hi James Tedrick So it is querying a feature layer in some instances to return one maybe 2 features max . I also have it set up to add features and update these features following the query , sometime the query works and it moves to the add or update module and sometimes these fail as well. just to be sure i have checked and this is happening across multiple layers and scenarios with no apparent pattern. i have attached a snip of the history from one scenario below. The scenarios that fail are showing 5 executions as i have an email attached to the end if the 504 error is returned, the ones showing 4 are working. The forms are generally not very complex in this instance there is an option for audit type to decide which group of questions to complete and some optional attachments , which are not processed in the scenarios.

Hi All Is Anyone else experiencing intermittent issues with HTTP module in integromat. i am receiving the following response across multiple scenarios targeting various layers {"error":{"code":504,"message":"Your request has timed out.","details":[]}} fileSize 75 The response is intermittent , happening about 50% of the time i haven't changed or updated anything. it started yesterday even around 3pm (GM+1) . not sure if its relevant but The output always contains the same error see below. We set u duplicate scenarios to test and the strange thing is one failed and the other ran perfectly with the same webhook and parameters Ismael Chivite or James Tedrick would u be aware of any issues that may be causing this ?

I have a feature layer that i attempted to delete a field from via the delete field option in Arcgis online. My attempt failed and the field appeared not to have deleted however when i went to access the data i was met with the " data error" and could not see any of the info in the table. i eventually figured out if i created a view layer of the feature and removed the field in question from the definition i was able to access the layer and see the info. after a bit more investigation i attempted to delete the field again via python and the REST API and this worked I was able to view the data again. I then decided to add the field again via the REST API and in my haste i added the wrong field type and i eventually ended up adding a duplicate field with a different field type.I can still access the info via my view layer but i can no longer delete the field in question i am met with the following error desite two instances of the field name shown in the definition. Unable to delete feature service layer definition. Cannot drop the index 'db_19692.user_19692.service_86002c906ca94fe6a7ff864677f43c69_SMART_METERING_AUDITS.insights_fl_UgRL5LMuJxfzd1R2', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. Cannot drop the index 'db_19692.user_19692.service_86002c906ca94fe6a7ff864677f43c69_SMART_METERING_AUDITS.insights_fl_UgRL5LMuJxfzd1R2', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN failed because column 'SO_Number' does not exist in table 'service_86002c906ca94fe6a7ff864677f43c69_SMART_METERING_AUDITS'. (Error Code: 400) i also not a duplicate entry in the indexes referenced in the error above insights_fl_UgRL5LMuJxfzd1R2 i feel like this is an issue that may be resolved by updating my definition in some way but i am afraid t touch it again in case i do more damage. has anyone any advice on how to repair this issue ?

I have a large form roughly 800 lines (approx 300 hidden lines) it is divided into groups and also a number of repeats and i have roughly 200 sum calculations on the back of the repeats. Would it be expected behavior for such a form to take up to a minute to load on an android device? There are relevancies on all groups repeat ect. Other then That Are there any specific issues known to slow down a form loading on Android devices

Hi James Tedrick Re visiting this again as i seem to have another issue, is there a reason the link i generate with the token would open in a mobile browser fine (on an android device) and not on a desktop browser. On the desktop it brings me to the arcgis online login screen and when i sign in the page just constantly refreshes the green survey123 loading bar with no end result . when i open the same link in my mobile device it works fine. I have tried it on multiple desktop browsers Thanks

Hi Ismael Chivite thanks for getting back to me. This is exactly what I had understood and my workflow was quite similar to what you described above , but my issue was the referer I was using. In my case i needed to specify the webform url. The response is Detailed here Using the token parameter in survey123 Its extremely useful to be able to use this in our workflow now. Thanks
