I am looking to export data from one form into a new form with the exact same XLSForm scheme, to resolve an issue with users (non-admins) sending surveys. What is the best workflow to export the existing data from the feature layer or form and import it into a new form and feature layer in AGOL with the same exact scheme?

James, Yes I am able to send the survey's without getting Error 400 when I(admin) am signed in. The issue has to be the survey I deleted, copied the XLS form, and created a new survey (in Connect) using the same XLS scheme with the same name. I tested this theory and it conclude that has got to be the issue. Now, I am looking for guidance from y'all on how to move the data from the existing form and feature layer to a new survey (with the same exact XLS scheme.)

Going forward, the users will save the surveys as drafts. Once back in the office, they will edit the drafts and use the Send Now function to send the survey.

I created a new survey, different name, same xls form. User was able to send the survey no problem. So it is a republishing issue where the Suvery123 App is confused by the url and looking for the old form, feature layer (of the same name) as the newer published form.

The survey that has the Error 400 had to be republished, but I renamed it the same as the old. Could this be causing confusion on the iPad App that does not allow users to send, but only me (admin) when I am logged in?

I understand that, but why when my user is currently in edit mode of a survey (that yes was previously completed and saved in the Outbox) and wants to SEND JUST THAT SURVEY, it tries to send all surveys in the Outbox?

Let me clarify the workflow Use iPad app to fill out form. Once completed, use Send Late function Get back to office, connected to secure WiFi, open the Survey>Outbox menu and select Edit the survey (that was just saved in the field.) Verify the information and then select Complete, but this time select Send Now. What I am noticing is the app is sending all surveys that are saved as Completed in the Outbox folder of the app. Although the current survey was the only one selected to send. I hope this helps to better explain the issue.

When a users selects Send Now on 1 survey they are currently editing, the software also sends other surveys that are saved as drafts in the Draft box of the iPad App. In the above photo, only the first draft was selected, edited and using the Send Now function was the only survey to be sent, but the software attempts to send all surveys in the Outbox.

Several users of the same survey report an issues where the orientation of the photos they take using the iPad app is not the same orientation that shows in the Web App/Data/Individual Response window and when the report is printed.

When I go to print the Individual Response from the Survey123 Web App, if the date field is configured as dateTime field type it shows as an unexplained set of numbers in the Individual Response window and Print Current Response preview. This issue is happening on all surveys with a dateTime field.
