How to load survey data into new form

I am looking to export data from one form into a new form with the exact same XLSForm scheme, to resolve an issue with users (non-admins) sending surveys. What is the best workflow to export the existing data from the feature layer or form and import it into a new form and feature layer in AGOL with the same exact scheme?

Hi Carl,

One way would be to use the Append tool in ArcGIS Pro, which can add the features from the first layer to the second.
