There is no attribute transfer with 2 point files anymore?? The attribute transfer tool in Pro has line feature to choose from. In ArcMAP, you could do either. Where is that feature now??

I tried in ArcMAP as well. It doesn’t keep the values in the records. I thought there was a way of joining and keeping all information in both tables. I’m thinking I’m wrong. So, I would be joining 2 layers with the field BridgeID in both tables. The end result I would like them to be joined by Bridge ID and also have all information in the fields showing. Right now, when I join by Bridge ID the joining layer has null’s if there is not a match. I don’t want any nulls. Please let me know if that helps. I am joining 2 layers (i.e. attribute tables). I am trying to get all values to show up in both layers in the join. In stead, I get the features that are related and then it nulls out the rest. Am I missing a step in Pro??

Yes, we have another department that already has enterprise geodatabases. The only thing is we work for Texas Department of Transportation. Our ArcMAP is run on a server, so that thousands of people can use the system throughtout the state. Hope that makes sense. Since, they control the data we are thinking they have to create the enterprise geodatabases for us. We are thinking to just change rights on the folder that holds the geodatabases, so that editing is controlled. Thank you so much for your help and time. We have an IT department here so they would change the rights to the folder that holds the geodatabases. We were just wondering if that changes how the geodatabase works in Pro or ArcMAP. Your saying that would be the easiest way. I will read the link. If we changed them to enterprise database how much work are we talking. The geodatabase is in our group. It would be people in our group using the data. I did find that you have to create the geodatabase with an administrator which then changes the database to an SDE. Then you can create locks on the SDE. We have file geodatabases that are very data sensitive. Is there a way to put Read only rights on a geodatabase?? Where people can see them and work with them but they can't hurt the data or change it.

I am trying to pull items out of an attribute table. I want to pull out all county names that are in capital letters. I was using UPPER (County) = 'ANDREWS' but it was only pulling up Andrews. I need to pull up several different named counties.
