Hi George As you've discovered, a survey's webhook payload will only contain the name (domain value) for a selected choice, not its label. This is by design (the underlying data in the feature service is sent by the webhook). A workaround for this is to use the jr:choice-name function to write the label of the selected choice to a (hidden) text question. You can then access the answer text question in Integromat. For example, for a select_one question called "email" you could use a calculation like: jr:choice-name(${email}, '${email}') More on this function here: Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation XLSForm essentials—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Cascading and external selects—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation Hope this helps Best, Jim

Hi April Each XLSForm sample and template in Connect has a default thumbnail. There are several different default thumbnails; these are used purely to help distinguish one sample or template from another. The thumbnails shown in your screenshot for your "Set Sheet" and "Form 6" surveys are the default thumbnails for the Advanced and Basic templates, respectively. If you look through the samples in Connect you'll see several other default thumbnails that give some hint as to the contents of each sample. Best, Jim

Hi Tory, thanks for your query, this is a known issue with conditional elements in a report template. If possible, could you please log this through Esri Support so we can add it to cases raised by other users? This helps us prioritise enhancements and fixes. Best, Jim

Hi Rafa, great to hear it's sorted out now. As you've seen, you can share a survey with both your organization and specific groups; a reason for doing this would be if you wanted to share the survey with all members of your organization and also share it with additional users from a different organization who you've invited to a group. Cheers, Jim

Hi Rafa Thanks for the additional information. I've tested this and it appears to be working as expected; if I sign in as a user who is not an administrator I can see: surveys the user owns; surveys that are shared with groups the user is a member of; surveys that are shared with all members of my organization; and surveys that are shared publicly. Just to confirm, are the other surveys the Field Surveyor user can see shared with the organization and/or public? Best, Jim

Hi Michael Great to hear you've discovered the cause. The hint column supports some HTML formatting, so the 'less than' symbol could be confused for the start of an HTML tag. However, the '<' symbol should work if separated by spaces or by using its HTML character code < as documented here: Known issues—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation So 50 < 100 and 50<100 will work but 50<100 will not. Best, Jim

Hi George The steps you've described appear to be a sound way to achieve what you're after. When you say "the feature layer is duplicated every time a make a full submission of the form" do you mean the underlying feature service is duplicated, or an individual feature (survey record)? Are edits being made to the original record for parts B, C and D? Best, Jim

Hi Rafa Could you please try signing out of the app and signing back in again? This should reset the user's permissions in the app to reflect the change in user role. Collector uses a different sharing model to Survey123 and will only show web maps that you own and those that have been shared with you through a group. See this neat explanation from Kylie Donia for more info on Collector. Best, Jim

Hi Nicole As mentioned in this post, there isn't a function for this in XLSForm. A JavaScript function (currently in beta) could help (refer to EAC). For a calculation to work, users would have to type their list of additional entries in a strict format, which could be difficult to enforce. If your aim is to write each entry to a separate question anyway, one suggestion is to have one question per additional input; you could use something like string-length({$previous})>0 in the relevant column to hide the next question until it's needed. This would avoid issues with inconsistent data entry into a single text question. One consideration with this approach is you would need to have a capped number of additional entries (questions). Hope this helps! Cheers, Jim

Hi Nicole This can be achieved using the selected-at() function, which will return the name for the choice at the given position. Note that this is indexed from zero. For example, to return the name of the third selected choice: selected-at(${fruit},2) This function is described here: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2018/12/02/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-xlsform-functions-for-lists And also documented here Formulas—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation and here XLSForm essentials—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation. Hi George This could be achieved by creating multiple surveys for the same feature service; you can then customize each survey form as required for each step of the process, with all of the data going to one place. You could create one 'master' survey first, containing all the necessary questions - this will also be used for the final reports - and then create multiple simpler surveys from this feature service. This is discussed here: Multiple Survey123 forms linked to the same feature service? Also see some useful information here: https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/09/25/working-with-existing-feature-services-in-survey123-for-arcgis Hope this helps. Best, Jim

Hi Rafael One reason the Field Surveyor would be able to see other surveys is if this member has the Administrator role (administrators can see all content in your organization). Another would be if the other surveys this account can see on the Download Surveys page happen to be shared with all members of your organization and/or everyone (public). Do either of these apply in this case? Best regards, Jim
