You need local SQL client with 64 bit for PRO 2.1. I haven't used 2.0 so not sure about 32 bit support but for 2.1 you need your local SQL client 64 bit.

I had same error and not having map open helped. Just that error message doesn't relate anyway with map being open.

Just adding my 2 cents here. If I add sub-types using model builder then it will take much less time than if done via UI. Same action but using alternative way and time is very less. So its still application and not network really?

This issue is listed in 'Known issues' list. When you attempt to remove a subtype on a utility network feature class which is required for the utility network, an error number of '999999' is given.

Hi All, Is there any alternative way to download ArcGIS Pro updates/patches other than 'About' page? I need to update to 2.1.2 and our IT team is asking for 'downloaded' file to apply the update/patch. Thank You, Abhijeet

I too have same problem with Pro 2.1.0. Asrujit SenGupta, both suggested workarounds doesn't work. Ryan Bae - Alternate way I found was to create database connection using python window. This connection shows up 'GeoDatabase Connection Properties'. import arcpy arcpy.CreateDatabaseConnection_management("Path to your .sde file", "connection_name.sde", "DB", "instance", "DATABASE_AUTH", "username", "PWD", "SAVE_USERNAME", 'TRANSACTIONAL'); Dan Patterson,Xander Bakker,Kory Kramer Can you kindly help? arcgispro 2.1 utility network data model

Dan Patterson, Its correct for domain. Domain can be created independently and then assigned to any subtype as per need so to delete that domain it shouldn't be assigned anywhere. My case is with subtype itself.

Hi all, I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.1.0 with utility network data model. I have added couple of subtypes for assembly FC. If I try to delete one Subtype using 'remove subtype' tool, OR with 'create/manage' pane of subtype and save it, it fails with below error. ERROR 002140: The subtype is required by utility network. Failed to execute (RemoveSubtype). There are no custom domains assigned to it. Am I missing something to remove/change before removing subtype? xander_bakker

I am using Portal for ArcGIS along with WAB to develop a webmap. I want to extend the app by downloading the code. My portalURL is https. When I download the code from pre-designed app fro WAB, it wont show the map screen. I believe reason behind this is use of HTTPS in portalURL. I will be happy to share more details if required.

hi, I am running sdegdbrepair -o diagnose_tables daily to know the status of table. One day I found below result. ESRI ArcSDE Server Repair Utility Wed Apr 24 06:56:42 2013 ---------------------------------------------------------------- 35235 rows referencing nonexistent states found in User1.A172 (User1.Layer1) 27678 rows referencing nonexistent states found in User1.D172 (User1.Layer1) 15 rows referencing nonexistent states found in User1.A231 (User1.Layer2) Diagnose Tables: 145 multiversioned tables examined, 2 multiversioned tables had orphaned, duplicate, missing or redundant rows. I tried running sdegdbrepair as below for first layer sdegdbrepair -o repair_tables -d ORACLE11G -r User1.Layer1 -V ALL -u sde-adminusrname -p password -D databasename and I got below error: Error: Underlying DBMS error (-51). Error: Unable to complete repairing orphaned rows. I had ensured that no other user is working on this database and ensured to remove all existing locks also. Can someone point me into right direction to resolve this?
