You'd have to look for my idea for an arcpy tool. I never got the ESRI tech support work around to work for me, but I was able to look at the various sequences and their states through SQL Server Manager Studio.

You are describing what is known as the 'Chinese Postman Problem". Unless something radically has changed, Network Analyst doesn't support that solution.

The private messages functionality reminds me of the Python Window in ArcGIS Pro. It's so small you can hardly read it and like the forum itself, you constantly have to scroll through your messages so you lose track of where you are.

Maybe I'm missing some new functionality, but when clicking 'Load More' posts, I then need to scroll up in order to see all the newly loaded posts. Seems a little backwards to me; I just want to see what I've loaded, and not have to remember what the last post was on the previous page.

That is expected behavior. Introduction to attribute rules—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Adding attribute rules to a dataset impacts backward compatibility: Once attribute rules are added to a dataset, it is incompatible with ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro 2.0 and earlier. See Client and geodatabase compatibility for more information on functionality available when using mixed client and geodatabase releases.

If I may make a suggestion: unless you have a compelling reason to leave your data in the excel format, convert the excel worksheet into an ArcGIS geodatabase table and perform your edits there. Excel is a spreadsheet; ArcGIS is a database management system. You'll have far less headaches if you treat your data as a database.

Moments later: It's a simple polygon feature class, just one polygon so I was able to use the polygon to line tool. Then I did a 'Within a Distance' spatial selection.

ArcGis PRo 2.6 I have a feature class of points, and a polygon feature class: I want to select the points based on their proximity to the edge of the polygon. Is there a spatial selection that supports this? I've tried a couple different methods but haven't found one that works. For example:

I started making the transition to Pro about 2 years ago and will admit at first it was painful. I changed jobs in January and we are strictly a Pro shop. Now that I've been with it for a while its second nature to me. As far as preference, software is a tool to me, not a lifestyle. I would rather move forward than hang on to the past.
