Hi @AlixVezina , I have a question about the Add Data widget in AGOL. Is it expected behavior that when you use the Add Data widget to add a hosted feature service to a map in EB that, if that service is editable, it will then appear in the map and the Edit widget, when you, the EB author, have not configured the app for that newly added service to be editable? Seems that setting all the configurations for the services that are available in the map and in the edit widget go out the window if you then can add any editable service to the map with the add data widget. Thank you for any insight!

Hi @SubaKrishnan Thank you for your message! I am tracking the new "BUG-000163706: Experience Builder Coordinate widget provides the wrong coordinates in Degrees Decimal Minute" regarding this issue. I will use the Coordinate Conversion widget without the Coordinates widget as an input. I do have another case open related to the conversion widget that addresses the settings of the coordinate input format, but, as is, if I ask my users to input the coordinates in a specific format it will send them to the correct location.

Thanks for the reply! Degrees Decimal Minutes was not chosen arbitrarily - it is the standard format used in wildland fire and aviation. I'll put in a new tech support case, thanks!

Hi @AlixVezina @Jianxia I’m configuring the Coordinate Conversion widget so a user can enter in a set of coordinates, zoom in to that exact location, and add a new feature using the edit widget. I believe I have configured the input so the user enters in coordinates in Degrees Decimal Minutes (DDM) like this: Y° A'N, X° B'W, specifically in the Western hemisphere since the default is Eastern. However, when I paste in a set of coordinates (e.g. coordinates copied from the Coordinates widget) it automatically takes me to the Eastern hemisphere. Am I missing a step in the configuration or is this a bug? Example: The Coordinates widget gives me this set of coordinates: 37°34.617′ 119°40.667′; I paste this into the Coordinate Conversion widget and get this: 37° 34.617000'N, 119° 40.667000'E If I were to delete the "E" and replace it with "W", or remove the E and put a "-" in front of the longitude it will zoom to the correct location. I would prefer that the users receive the correct location immediately, though. Thank you!

Thanks very much, @AlixVezina , for the reply. Can you speak to whether this functionality is on the EB roadmap or, if it specifically is not, then will there be thoughts to a work around like the one mentioned above with the use of S123 to add features? We would really like to have our users add new and edit existing features via an app into our authoritative, national datasets no matter how the features were initially collected but seems that we are firmly planted in WAB still. Thanks!

Hi @AlixVezina , I'd like to tag onto this question with something more specific. I have users that would like to add a polygon from a shapefile to an existing hosted feature service. Our workflow now it to use the Add Data widget in WAB to add a shapefile and then Smart Editor copy feature into our HFS. Is this possible in EB yet? Is there another creative way to use S123 in EB to copy this shapefile? Thanks! Katie

Hi @JamesTedrick , This is in addition to a question a user had above, back in September. I am looking to alter the sample Working with a Feature Service JavaScript function but am stuck. I would like to use a geoshape in my survey (rather than the geopoint that is in the sample) to populate a field based on its intersection with a hosted feature service (polygon). This process is the same as the example but using a geoshape does not work with the current JS script. Has anyone updated the JS code and been successful at this? Thank you very much for any insight you can offer.

We have noticed with the new AGOL update today that this issue had not been resolved. @Anonymous User do you have any updates on this or has this been identified as a bug? Thank you! Katie

Hi Kim, I found this in another thread while I looked for the answer to this: "This is implemented in ArcGIS Pro 2.6. See 9:31 in the video Ideas in ArcGIS Pro 2.6 - YouTube And Ideas in ArcGIS Pro 2.6: A Large Gathering wraps up all of the other ideas included."

Thank you so much for your quick reply (fastest I have seen!). I appreciate you reporting the bug. Please let me know what the BUG number is so I can follow it. I will pass along your comments to our users who are hoping to create tables within their Hub sites and we will work around the formatting tool with code. Thanks again, Klara!

On my Hub site, I would like to create a simple table as described in this Hub Blog post. But when I add the table to the Text card as described the table format/edit tool does not appear. As it is now, after I add the table, the only thing I can do it add text to it using the text format tools that appear at the top of the text card. I can't adjust the size of the cells or change the color within the cells unless I use code. Is the WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) table tool as described by Klara Schmitt in this document the only tool available for tables? Thank you

I have several groups where, under Group Settings, have "Group Managers and Owner can contribute" selected for Who can Contribute Content to this Group. However, as a group manager I am not able to share into this group when sharing from my Content. As an AGOL administrator, I have set the role for this account to be able to share content to groups. For groups with the setting selected to allow Group Members to contribute content to the group, I am able to share content like normal. I did notice that I was able to successfully share this same web map into the group with the above listed setting (Group Manager/Owner) from the Map Viewer > Share > Choose who can view this map > Members of these groups. Is there a bug to where the setting for only allowing Group Managers and Owner to contribute content to the group is not being honored when sharing from the Content tab? Many groups in my AGOL Org need to maintain this setting (and not to allow all group members to contribute) for group content integrity. Thank you, Katie
