Hi William, attachments are turned on but I am not sure if any actually have attachments - I will definitely take a look and make sure they are all working correctly. I did end up removing two hosted feature layers that had a related tables connected to them and it seemed to download without any problems but these layers that were removed are important to the project. I have read there have been issues in the past with related tables and collector?

A coworker of mine was successfully able to download a web map he created along with map areas but I am still unable to - crashes a few seconds into the download process. Would really appreciate some assistance with this! EDIT: It seems to be related to the two layers that have related tables? Is there a work around for allowing layers with related tables in Collector?

Hi Melissa, I honestly do not know. I have been working on this web map off and on over the last two / three weeks for a survey crew member to test but I personally did not have the opportunity to put it through its paces. It does seem like a pretty widespread issue from other posts I have seen but this is the first time creating something for offline use so I am not entirely sure if I am missing something in the configuration process (as far as I can tell - I am not but who knows!)

I have a webmap created that contains 10 AGO hosted feature layers and 2 related tables. Everything is set up according to the documentation ( https://doc.arcgis.com/en/collector/android-phone/help/offline-prep.htm ) as far as I can tell. At the moment, myself and another user are having trouble downloading the map in Collector Classic as well as downloading Map Areas in Field Maps and ArcGIS Collector. In Collector Classic, when I tap download in the bottom right corner of the card I receive an error message that reads The map failed to download with the message: Unable to create replica. Please check your parameters., Exporting data for layer 0 failed. In Field Maps, when I click on Add map area I receive a message that reads an error occurred downloading map area Does anyone have any guidance on what could be causing this issue? The only thing that I have read about is the potential for issues with the related tables but when I remove those tables from the web map - the issue persists.

We have a dashboard that contains a category selector, a map, and a gauge. The category is set to "Categories From: Grouped Values" as we have over 250K records that we would like to search on just one field (common name). Is it possible to set an action -somewhere- that would allow for the map to zoom to the extent of the records? From what I have read, it doesn't seem possible at the moment?

We have a dataset with over 200,000 records in it. We would like to publish it to AGOL in order to speed up the drawing performance, etc but because we use a local Oracle / SDE database this would require constant babysitting and making sure the layer is up to date. If we publish the layer to our Enterprise Portal, it is updated in real time when new data is submitted but performance can be slow and sometimes fails when loading. It was suggested to us that a Distributed Collaboration might be the way to go in order to have a copy of the data in AGOL so that it can be kept up to date automatically and we might see some performance improvements. Unfortunately, we are not able to turn on Sync for the original data layer so the updates fail which results in error messages when viewing the layer data on the AGOL side. Is this the route we should be taking or is there an easier way to host this layer on AGOL but have it be kept up to date in real time? The data will be read only and only used for a data browser type map. Also, when viewing this collaborated layer in AGOL it keeps requiring log in credentials to the Enterprise Portal in order to view the data - even though the layer is set to public...is this normal behavior? I would prefer to have the layer set to only be viewed by a specific group when they are logged in to AGOL and not have them log in for a second time when the web mapping application opens.

Is there a way to hide or display "Not Recorded" / "No Data" for fields that may be null in a popupTemplate? I have a few fields that are not required, thus containing nulls. I want to return a specific set of attributes from a query but depending on the resulting feature, these fields may be empty and I'd prefer to have some "filler text" versus having those sections of the popupTemplate be blank. I'd also like to hide a few fields from the popup if they are null (chemicals #2 & #3) I've seen some information on using Arcade IIF statements to set default values if the field is null but I get the impression that these statements can't be placed in the expressionInfos section of the popupTemplate? Aaron Booterbaugh - thanks again for your help with this. I ended up modifying my code a bit and changing it to a query on a feature layer versus a queryTask. This change returned the domain values in my popup!

Aaron Booterbaugh I modified my last reply because I was able to get the function to execute as soon as the map loads. The primary goal is we have the web app, a user can click on a feature and then clicks on a link within the feature's popup that would bring them to this map page - it only shows the selected feature and a few selected attributes in a popuptemplate off to the side. There are two fields that use domain values and those would change based on the feature that is returned by the queryTask. Below is an image of the finished map page and Chemical Used & Weather Conditions are the two fields that have coded domain values (chemical used as 40+ different domains).

Aaron Booterbaugh That worked! Thank you so, so much. Now I am wondering, seeing that the domain code is hard coded - how would it handle returning the domain value based on the feature that the query task brings back? It would change depending on which feature is selected.
