ArcGIS Pro 3.1.5: The optional outputs do not respect the "scratch workspace" environment in model builder, For example, the backlink raster of the "Cost Distance" tool, once named, does not adhere to the "scratch workspace" environment in model builder. It would be great if ArcGIS Pro could be enhanced so that optional outputs respect the "scratch workspace" environment once named.

Thank you, Richard Howe, for your help. I noticed that the "Create Constant Raster" tool requires manually inputting the cell size. I'm not sure why it doesn't automatically take the value from the input layer, meaning we have to set it manually again.
