ArcGIS Pro 3.1.5: The optional outputs do not respect the "scratch workspace" environment in model builder,

For example, the backlink raster of the "Cost Distance" tool, once named, does not adhere to the "scratch workspace" environment in model builder.

It would be great if ArcGIS Pro could be enhanced so that optional outputs respect the "scratch workspace" environment once named.
