Great. It works like a charm Enabling the “reviewer results” in a geodatabase different from the one that accommodates the feature classes being handled resolves the issue. This workflow is more appropriate and makes sense. Thank you for the prompt help

If the “remove index” tool is added to the model then the model fails to be generic, as in this case, it requires to have the index added to the file geodatabase so that the “remove index” can work inside the model! In other words, what I wanted here is to be able to add an index by the model (to a file geodatabase that doesn’t already have) and then to be able to “update” the index regularly

Thank you for the elaboration. This means that if the permission for a particular layer is set to be “organization + G” as per the screenshot below, then this means that the members who belong to the G group are ONLY allowed to access the layer but not all the organization members
