I tried it in Pro 3.1.1 and found out that it works fine with no issues. Both the cell size (in x and y) and the number of columns and rows are populated automatically. It appears that this is a bug in Pro 3.0.2. I hope that Esri developer can comment on this

But I never touched the cell size nor the number of columns\rows of the georeferenced image. As I know, these are handled automatically by the ArcGIS. The original cell size and number of columns and rows of the image are as per the screenshot below Why the ArcGIS change the number of columns\rows of the georeferenced image but didn’t change the cell size (X and Y)? What could be the issue here? Is this a bug?

With same syntax, the obtained error message now makes sense as per the screenshot below. Why was the Pro giving the “the expression can’t be edited in clause mode” error that doesn't make any sense?

We can live with this behavior as the result obtained from the “run” tool in the ribbon and the “solve” tool in the model can be identical if the “geometry at overlap” option is set to be “dissolve” as per the screenshot below.

ArcGIS 3.0.2: How does the “service area” of the “network dataset” behave when the facility has no close roads network? For example, in the network dataset shown in screenshots below, I couldn’t figure out how the “service area” of the “network dataset” behaves while the nearest roads network to the facility is more than 500 meters. Then how the coverage areas of 800, 3000, and 5000 are determined? How the distance is calculated from the facility to the roads particularly where there is no roads network?

The positive aspect is that the output layer of the "solve" tool, specifically the "network analyst layer: service area," gets overwritten, retaining its original name. As a result, the model remains unaffected when extracting the "polygon layer." Consequently, not overwriting the output of the "make service area analyst layer" does not pose any issues.

All what I wanted to do is to calculate the population size within the cutoff ranges of 500, 800, and 1200 meters from the ATM machines using the model builder. What I observed is that the result that respresents the cutoff ranges is different if the “solve” is applied in model builder than the one applied from the “run” in ribbon particularly if the geometry option is set to be “overlap”.
