I had been doing this since 2017, but in the past few weeks users have told me its not working anymore. I have a web map with 3 layers: the ESRI hosted OSM reference, a WMS for large scale zoom only due to slow loading, and a WMTS for the rest. I get an error: "This type of layer cannot be used as a basemap" for ALL 3  This is also the default basemap for the web app, and loads as expected. I am also experiencing this now with a View layer. Two of the Three Point layers do not load the attribute table online or in Pro nor do they render in a web app (oddly they render in web maps and Pro). The pop ups work in the map viewer as well. One major thing to note is that I had recently pushed an updated with new attributes to the main host layer. This process was successful for the main layer and 2 other Views sourced from the host.  When attempting to update the view for the delinquent view, it does not give me the option to add the new attributes for the 2 point layers in question, but works just fine for the 1 point and 1 line layer within the View. ... I'll add my voice to this thread.  I love the Query tool to help produce a variety of selections from features or even Related tables! But, the export to .CSV is less than good. The export consists of every attribute in the feature/table. Even the ones 'hidden' in the map document. The option to create a precise list within the Query tool exists, so that only pertinent info is displayed (in general, people don't need to see X-Y coordinates, Global ID's, Object ID's), but his is lost upon export.  A exporting report just seems common sense.  ... Kelly, I too am experiencing this "Error" for one part of one of my feature layers. The kicker is: Other workstations, and mobile devices are not. My organization doesn't run ArcGIS Server/Enterprise. We're a team of 1 with less than 100MB of data. I have been using this method to list which related table a feature belongs to. I have a series of different types of street upgrades (lines, points, polys), and 9 different tables representing different research/demonstration events. Everything works GREAT!  Until I save, and refresh the screen. The custom attribute HTML block DELETES ALL of the Line Break conditionals:  <br style="display:{expression/expr1}" />  So now I have exactly what I was hoping to avoid: series' of blank lines in my pop up. ESRI, do you know of this 'bug'?
