So it looks like I lost all my data our field agents have been collecting.
All of sudden after 3 weeks of using this hosted feature layer I'm getting the error below when trying to access the service. I haven't touched any of the settings or played around with the data. None of the features load in the Webmap, WebApp or Collector. When I load the web page it says "An error occured." on the top right.
Any Idea what is going on ESRI??????

Thanks,
The issue has been resolved and updated on status.arcgis.com
We are also experiencing issues with our hosted data not being available. It looks like ESRI are updating AGOL today and maybe things aren't going as smoothly as they'd hoped.. https://status.arcgis.com/
Okay good to know.
Though all my data was gone. Now none of my feature layers work.
Thanks for reporting the issue.
We are currently investigating this. Will provide an update when available.
Thanks Kelly. Our hosted data is here if you're looking for examples of things not currently working: http://nntt.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=2698667a86e54550b732174a71c3bc57
And the very second I posted this it looks we're back in business!
Kelly,
I too am experiencing this "Error" for one part of one of my feature layers. The kicker is: Other workstations, and mobile devices are not. It is also not log-in related as I've tested about 5 different work station with multiple log-ins, and it is only my personal station (even with multiple log-ins).
This is a newly discovered as of today for me as the layer in question is our city limits, and that's rarely updated.

Above is said service.
Any idea as to the steps I can take?
Is this still occuring?
I would suggest monitoring requests with a web debugging tool so you can get a more in depth idea of what is causing the issue. If only you are seeing the error, this may be caused by a browser cache issue. If there is a different error message given from the rest request we can dig into that further. Here are some blogs about monitoring network requests:
