Hi @DerekLaw, Thanks for confirming. I would be happy to share our use case. In the new monitor version 2023.1, notification emails (and webhook payload) contain less information and less valuable information than the previous version of Monitor version 10.9.1 Notifications are crucial for alerting admins when there is a disruption in server behavior, and we rely on these heavily. When receiving notifications at the bare minimum we need to have the equivalency of information that was available at 10.9.1: Level of alert (warning, sever, etc) Server Name (title from the component) Name of the Error (aka Counter) And optionally the value compared to the threshold set Old Monitor Notifications for reference: Obviously the more detailed "at a glance" information in these alerts the better. Other information that we would find very valuable but has not been offered by the monitor team: Server Logs describing errors It's unfortunate but we feel as though the notification/alerting component to the new Monitor is a downgrade and severely lacking equivalency. It sounds like others in the community may also be just as disappointed. I hope this helps your team understand our use case and needs a little more. Also we will be at the Esri UC next week, so if you would like to talk more about this we would love to have a more enriched discussion. Thanks so much as always! - Amanda Huber

Hi @DerekLaw, Thanks for your reply we appreciate it. That's unfortunate to hear. We were hoping to have found a workaround for the limited information in the emails/webhooks. Is there any way that you know of to pull more information/add more info to the email notifications? Thanks so much, Amanda

Hello Monitor Team, Is there a way to find a list of all these IDs/codes so we know what server/component is alerting? Thanks, Amanda Huber

To add to this, I did more testing with the webhook functionality and it also is just as limited. This is disappointing. Here's a sample from the call (below) nothing shows the Server Name or Metric Name/Error Name only the code (similar to the emails): info id 1 name Enterprise Server Infrastructure Notification monitor_url https://APP-G......../arcgis version 2023.1.0 sent_at 1688140812194 trace_id f74xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx events 1 operation update resource alerts occurred_at 1688140810386 attributes id 454 created_at 2023-06-30T15:55:10.669325+00:00 opened_at 2023-06-30T15:51:33+00:00 closed_at 2023-06-30T15:56:33+00:00 metric_id 41 observer_id 5 component_id 77 state resolved status 2 aggregation avg operator >= samples 3 info_threshold warning_threshold 3 critical_threshold 6 querystring Here is the actual error on our server and server name: @DerekLaw is there any timeline for when this will be resolved/implemented? Thanks

@DerekLaw Thanks for the quick reply! Ah that makes sense, totally missed that option (not the first place I would have intuitively looked). Thank you!

We'd like to add to this request as well. We're happy to see the LINK take us directly to the issue (yay this is an improvement from the old monitor era) but overall this email is not a useful for administrators. ID numbers and Name as NA is not helpful. Please consider implementing this update sooner than later. thank you, Amanda Huber

Hello Monitor Team, We've just installed the new era of Monitor and we're very excited to dive in. One thing we noticed, it appears there is no way to set rules for labeling automatically. For example, say new services are added to our hosting server, these new services will need to be manually labeled. If there was a way to set labeling rule, that would resolve this situation. For example the rule could look like this: "if url contains "/host" then label as "Host Service". Then moving forward everything with the url of "/host" would get this label automatically. Please consider this enhancement, thank you! Amanda Huber

@MobiusSnake , Thanks for that info and testing that out. Out of curiosity what client/application were you using to test the limit of 32K records? Thanks!

Hi @MobiusSnake, This is super helpful information, thanks for helping me better understand. So I guess my question changes a bit then: What is the maximum number of records that can be returned for an AGOL hosted table in a call? One example of what we're working on- we're currently using the Experience Builder Chart widget to visualize ~ 20,000 records within an AGOL Hosted Table. This hosted table is expected to grow each year therefore we're trying to learn these limitations before going live with our product. I'm hoping someone out there that knows this answer or can point me to the Esri documentation where it exists. Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hi Russ, Thanks for your reply! I'm asking what the record limit is for Hosted AGOL Tables is. Points, Lines, and Polygon max record limits are clearly documented in the link I provided above, but I have been unable to find any documentation around Hosted Tables. These tables would be used in a variety of different AGOL web apps such as EB or Insights etc. Thanks!

Hello AGOL Team, In the dev documentation https://developers.arcgis.com/rest/services-reference/online/feature-layer.htm only upper limits for points, lines, and polygons are documented: "For ArcGIS Online hosted services, maxRecordCount has an upper limit of 32000 for points, and an upper limit of 4000 for lines and polygons." Can someone please tell us what the limit is for AGOL Hosted Tables are? Thanks so much, Amanda

Hello Pro Team, We recently ran into an issue where Pro will not add the full AGOL service to the map. We have an AGOL hosted feature service consisting of 4 tables: When trying to add this service to ArcGIS Pro via the Add Data button, Pro only adds the top table in the service (Number "0" in the rest) and ignores the other tables in the service: This appears to be a bug, since this should be adding the entire service to the project. Please let me know if you need any additional details. Thanks, Amanda Huber

Hello Scene Viewer Team, We're very excited for the new capability to upload 3D Models into the scene viewer. We have lots of OBJ files and are excited to test it out. I watched your video tutorial in the the ArcGIS Online June 2023 Update announcement but it's uncear how you got to this setting/functionality: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/3d-gis/whats-new-in-scene-viewer-june-2023/ It seems you need to have an editable scene layer to start(?) When we try to create a scene layer from AGOL > Create Item> Scene layer it appears OBJ files aren't supported: That being said, we're trying to understand how to get started/set up a layer like to to add our OBJ files too. (Apologies if this is an obvious answer, we're just dabbling into the world of 3D GIS now) Thanks in advance! Amanda Huber

Hi Russ, Thanks for this suggestion! I've done some testing and unfortunately it doesn't appear to be working with our videos. Our videos are hosted online and not attachments. Here's what I have: and here's what it looks like: Unless I'm missing something, it appears that the <video> HTML tag only works with .mp4 file types and these others: Any suggestions for web hosted videos? Thanks, Amanda Huber
