Doug, Everything looks the same except we are pulling our data from Portal. I am logged into portal, added the data from File/ArcGIS Portal window. Insert/Dynamic Text/Data Driven Page Attribute Text box looks like this: I am in layout view. When I add the same data that has been copied into our SDE, everything works. Going to have to dig into Portal and see what may be causing this to fail. Thanks for your response I appreciate your help. Doug, I am trying to recreate what you are doing with the email of pdf from hfs data collected in survey123. When i am setting up my ddp in arcmap, i am getting empty for a value for my Data Driven Page Attribute fields instead of the data from my hfs. Have you ran into this? Any ideas? Thanks, --gary

Change the select_one y_n to select_one yes_no for field ALL_ANG_4_DISCARDS. The y_n values are 1 character long and that is what the schema for that field is set to. You can change the select_one to the y_n or make the value in the bind::esri:fieldLength 3. --gary

This has been fixed. it was an issue on our end. We have recently migrated our server environment and on Friday we migrated the hosted server. This caused the existing feature service links to break. We were able to recover all of our data from our previously published surveys, re-publish all of the surveys and we are back in business. --gary

inside of a repeat, once you have more than one item, if you hit the go back button, the forward button is very, very, very, small and takes many attempts to tap it. This is similar to the delete button in the repeat issue that was recently closed. thanks, --gary

Is there a time frame for adding tabs/subforms etc.? I have a pipeline inspection survey that would benefit from being able to create 4 tabs to hold specific types of data on each tab to make moving between questions easier. A few examples are that there are multiple BMP features along the pipeline that need to be inspected. The user will have to scroll through the entire survey to find the BMP section and ensure that they note any problems, another is that we are installing barcodes along our pipelines at specific intervals that will need to be scanned. again, the user will have to find the "scan barcode" question every time they get to one of them. Having this info on separate tabs would make life easier for out inspectors. Thanks, --gary
