ArcGIS Pro works real well for adding data to a feature service created with Survey123. --gary

That is what we instructed the field staff to do. Unfortunately, some of the workers saved some of the attributes that they shouldn't have as favorites, and that led to many re-sends of the data with corrections. This in turn led to more time needed to manage the data on the back end. That is why we are hoping that at some point in the future, there can be a way possibly with a field in the xlsx file that can specify "Save As Favorite" as a Yes/No field and that would be honored in the form when published. Not sure if this is doable but wanted to throw it out for people to chew on. This way, we can make the forms even more "error-proof". Thanks, --gary

Is it possible to have the ability to exclude certain questions from being saved as favorites? We are using Survey123 to collect data at a set location approximately 6-10 in a day. There is certain data that can be saved as favorite and will not change but there is some like pH, TDS, conductivity that is measured each time that we do not want to have anything saved as a favorite. Doable? Thanks, --gary

For send notifications, we are using GeoEvent to poll the feature service and send an email. You can easily set-up filters to send email to various people based upon location of survey, certain data collected, etc. If you have GeoEvent it works very well. You can use Navigator to drive to and from the collected feature and open Survey123 directly from Navigator. Check out Apps for Everyone | Field and see how Survey123, Navigator, Workforce and Collector can all work together. --gary

Tony, Try this: You can add manually: 1) Go to the Types Worksheet 2) Look for the appearance section 3) Insert a new row and add autosuggest to it (IMPORTANT: Do not insert row at the beginning or end. Make sure you add right in the middle of the other options 4) Back in Survey worksheet, the new appearance should show --gary

I was connected to our local Wi-fi and could not sign into portal. Therefore when I attempted to Send Surveys from the Outbox, i was getting no notifications. Could we add a notification like "Not connected to Portal/AGOL" just so the user knows that something is happening, just not something good. Thanks, --gary

I have a survey in my Outbox. When i tap the Send Surveys button at the bottom, i get no notification that Survey123 is trying to send the survey or has errored out. Is this normal activity? --gary

I have added a geopoint inside a repeat for one of my surveys. The survey collects data and uploads it fine without the geopoint, but with the geopoint, I receive the following error: Code 500 JSONArray[0] not found. I have attached both surveys for review. Thanks, --gary

I have a pipeline inspection survey that contain 4 repeats for different features found along the pipeline (barcodes, valves, flanges, vents). i want to have a geopoint question in each repeat to grab the lat/long when a new record is added to the repeat. Is there any way to hide the geopoint so that it just collects the info silently without the user having to tap a map? I know this happens for a survey if you don't specifically include a geopoint question. Thanks, --gary

I am trying to create a survey containing the following: Barcode field (hidden) with three substr calculations from the scanned text. I am getting the following error when i try to save my spreadsheet and preview the form (BarcodeError.jpg). I have attached the spreadsheet as well for review. Thanks, --gary
